    Dryer Repair

    Sam from JSN was extremely helpful. I was able to reach him right away and arrange an appointment for the same day. He arrived on time and made the repairs quickly for the estimated price. He also provided some additional advice and adjustments as part of his service. Highly recommend JSN and would use them again.

    washer issue

    Sam was on time and resolved the issue promptly . Also gave some tips on how to care for my washer. I would recommend him to friends and family for sure.

    Dishwasher Repair

    Sam helped fix the block in our dishwasher which involved replacing the check valve pipe. We were able to share pictures of the problem with him over WhatsApp and he gave an initial quote which was what we had to pay finally. He was thorough in checking for any leaks and displacement after the work. He is courteous and knowledgeable. 10/10

    Dishwasher Repair

    My dishwasher was stopping without finishing the cycle. Sam arrived the same day I called, even though it was already late in the evening. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was pleasant to work with.

    dryer repair

    called monday morning, came monday morning! That is what I call excellent service. Called another company before JSN but they didn't want to come as it was not worth their time to drive to Etobicoke despite indicating that they do service Etobicoke. Sam diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly.

    Washing Machine Repair

    Sam was amazingly helpful. He was able to diagnose my issue within minutes of arriving to my place. He was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need. Thanks again Sam!!!

    Dryer Repair

    Sam was very helpful in diagnosing our Dryer issue. He took the time to do research before arriving and was able to find the issue within 5 minutes. From there he gave me a few options so I could choose the best one for me. Highly recommend.

    Front loader washer

    Someone came within few days after we called them to fix our front loader washer. They came after 3 day to repair our washer and it was done the same day. After 1 week of using the washer, we had not problem. They called us after few days to find out if everything was working properly. I highly recommend them for a job well done. Great customer service and they guarantied that they will repair without charge if anything happen within the guaranty.

    Washing machine diagnosis

    Sam responded to my phone message within a few hours, and came two days later to look at the washing machine. As he warned me on the phone ahead of time, the noise was due to the bearings, and the repair would be as much as a replacement. Oh, and when I accidentally overpaid him, he came back to return the $20. Happy to know that Sam is available and happy to recommend him.

    Dishwasher

    Sam responded very quickly to my online request and was able to come by the same week. He was very friendly and knowledgeable in his work. He was able to determine the problem coming from the water valve and recommended a good plumber to fix the issue. Thanks for your help
