    Dishwasher Repair

    Sam went out of his way to find the necessary parts to order for my dishwasher. He installed everything quickly and ensured things worked properly before he left. I would not hesitate to hire his services again if needed. Always good to see there are honest individuals out there that care about customer service.

    Frigidaire Pro Series range repair

    Came promptly to assess the problem with the range. Determine that it was the motherbord. The price of the part made the repair not worth it since the range is 10 years old. His price was dead on based on my search on the internet. Extremely satisfied since he is honest and did not try to push me into having the repair done.

    Washer

    I called Sam on Wednesday afternoon about our broken washer and he was able to fit us in on Friday. He was very courteous, professional and came within the time frame he gave. He was thorough, made sure we understood what the issues were, made sure to show us the problems and then made his recommendation that we buy a new washer. He could have created work and revenue for himself by telling us to fix the old washer, but he didn't! He even gave us recommendations on brands for the new washer when we asked him for his opinion. We will definitely be calling JSN and Sam for any of our appliance repair needs from now on!

    Kenmore Dishwasher

    I called in JSN Appliance Repair as the dishwasher wasn't draining. I did expect to end up replacing the Dishwasher, but decided to give JSN Appliance Repair a try. Sam was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He arrived ontime, asked the right questions and came with the right parts, his troubleshooting was thorough. He ended up finding that pump was blocked by broken glass –(e.g. no parts replacement is needed). Sam’s integrity, knowledge, accuracy and speed of completing the job is commendable to say the least. I am definitely recommending JSN Appliance Repair and keeping their number for the future.

    Gas Range Repair

    We found Sam through HomeStars and read all the reviews. Although he was rated a 10, we initially thought it could be an exaggeration but we decided to call him anyway. I would like to thank him very much for the brilliant service he provided. Our oven broiler was not working and the oven was not heating properly. He asked in advance what make it was and when he arrived, he was well prepared! Within a few minutes he detected that there was a cut wire at the back of the stove (which was culprit of the broiler issue) and the igniter was on its last legs (hence the oven not working properly). I was also impressed how he made sure to protect our hardwood floors in the kitchen, by placing a special board that the oven would slide onto without damaging the floor. Within just over an hour everything was fixed. I highly recommend Sam and we will be using his services for all of our appliances. Thank you Sam your service does deserve a 10!

    Dishwasher Repair

    Sam from JSN Appliances did a great job analyzing the problem I had with my dishwasher and fixed the problem in a timely manner. He also followed up the next day to make sure that everything is still working fine. I would definitely recommend JSN to any friends or family that are having issues with their appliances.

    Repair of oven

    Sam repaired my oven. He was excellent on his communication, diagnosis of the problem and no mess repair. Also was good to follow up if the problem was really solved. I recommend his service.

    Dryer repair

    gas stove top repair

    Dryer repair

    JSN recently repaired our dryer. I thought it may be too expensive to salvage but Sam repaired it at a fair cost so we didn't have to buy new. Sam arrived when promised and communicated every step of the way. His repair work was good and I would highly recommend his services.
