    Washer Repair

    Sam was very knowledgeable and found the issue with my washer immediately which was a broken lid switch. He came to my house with parts ready and replaced the broken part right away. He even fixed the legs on my washer to balance the machine properly for free. I highly recommend Sam and his services.

    Samsung Dryer Repair

    I had an issue with my Samsung front load dryer because there was no heat at all while it was running. My friend recommended me to Sam at JSN to diagnose and repair the issue. I called Sam and he answered my call immediately and he asked me for details regarding the issue. He then asked me for the Samsung model and serial number and I requested a day and time in which Sam agreed to right away. Sam had an emergency that forced him to reschedule my appointment which was not a big issue at all. He showed up later on that evening and he completed his diagnostic tests and he concluded that the culprit is a faulty heating assembly. Sam brought the appropriate part with him and he completed the repair and testing in a very efficient and professional manner. He is very knowledgeable and his experience is commendable. I will definitely recommend Sam to my friends and family. He is an earnest, hardworking and committed business owner. This has been a A+++ experience all the way.

    Washer Repair

    I was very pleased with the quick response to my email request for service, and that Sam was able to come the same day to check out the problem and fix it. He had the new part that was needed on hand, and went beyond my expectations in seeking out any other problems with the machine (which he found a leak from drain hose and fixed it without any extra charge). Thank you Sam!

    Dryer Repair

    JSN Appliances came out to repair our dryer. Sam did a wonderful job, clean, very organized, polite, efficient and went above and beyond in insuring the job was done right. Best repair person we've ever had out. He did not drive the repair costs up. Top notch, very impressive - don't see this kind of service anymore. Thank you Sam!

    Broken dishwasher

    My bosch dishwasher was not draining properly so I called Sam and within 30mins, he was at my door. It took him another 30 mins to fix the problem. I was impressed with his professionalism, availability and knowledge. He did a great job and I am happy that I don't have to buy another dishwasher for a while :)

    Awesome Appliance Repair

    We just had JSN Appliances Repair in to help us with repairing our dryer. Sam was knowledgeable, helpful, polite and very organized. The dryer was fixed in under an hour and for a very fair price. We actually had JSN in about a year ago to help with a malfunctioning computer board on a 2 year old Maytag washer. Sam gave us great advice - replace the unit - rather than repair it. Many other repair companies would have just gone ahead and repaired the washer but Sam was looking out for our best interests. I'd highly recommend JSN if you are having and appliance issues.

    Fridge Repair

    My older fridge/freezer was making very loud noises and eventually something sounded like it died over the weekend. I called JSN and Sam referred me to Ayman. Ayman did a great job of diagnosing the problem which turned out to be the thermometer sensor whose failure created a cascading effect of problems (defroster/heater shutdown which then lead to a buildup of frost/ice which in turn stopped the fan, and thus refrigeration of contents). Ayman also walked me through the job and explained what was going on which I found reassuring. The repair price was a small fraction of what it would have cost to purchase a new fridge, which I was also considering but heard on the news that older fridges are more reliable. As it turns out, Ayman mentioned "old is gold" when it comes to fridges since newer models are more complicated, break down more frequently, and are more costly to repair that older ones. Overall, I'm very happy with the excellent job that Ayman did and will refer him, and JSN to others. Great stuff guys, thanks for the great service.

    Gas dryer wont heat

    I am very happy with JSN. I called them couple of days back to talk about the gas dryer which wouldnt produce any heat and wont dry clothes. Sam was right on time for the appointment. He fixed the problem in less than an hour. I will definitely call JSN in future if I get any such appliance issues.

    Dryer Repair

    Very pleased with the prompt, courteous service provided by Sam of JSN Appliances Repair. My dryer was screeching when he arrived and after a thorough investigation, Sam concluded it was due to a roller that was jammed. Not only did Sam make the needed repair, he also removed all the lint in the dryer that has accumulated over time. Now dryer works great and looks like new. Happy to recommend this business!

    Ice maker and Dryer repair

    Sam at JSN was very prompt, courteous and returned my calls/emails very quickly. Within a couple of days he and his partner were in to fix my broken ice maker and change the gasket on our dryer. They came with all the parts needed and coordinated with each other to fix both at the same time. It has been a couple of months and everything works great! We would definitely recommend to family and friends.
