    Appliance repair

    My household BOSCH dishwasher required service for two issues after 7 years of faithful service. I contacted Sam at JSN Appliance Repairs for assistance and described the issues. He ordered the correct parts and installed them within 2 days. His work was meticulous and it was obvious observing him he takes great pride in getting the job done right the first time. This was my first contact with JSN and I will use them again when the need arises. Thank you Sam, great job, well done.

    Washer Repair

    Our washer broke down & we called JSN Appliances. Sam came & fixed our washing machine in an honest and timely manner. Two days after the repair was done we received a follow up call from Sam to make sure that our washer machine is working fine without any problems. I do recommend him in future. Keep it up Sam!

    Washer Repair

    I had a very good experience with JSN Appliance Repair.There was problem with our washer drain pump when it was about to drain the water.Sam fixed it professionally and by giving all the necessary information.Also,Sam made a follow-up call to see if washer is running without any problem.Would definitely recommend JSN Appliance to everyone.

    Dishwasher Repair

    We have an insinkerator next to our dishwasher. And the dirty water from the insinkerator always goes back to the dishwasher. So our dishwasher is stinky all the time. Same came to fix this problem. The job was done professionally and on time. Now we have a clean dishwasher. No more stinky smell in the kitchen. We really appreciate Sam's help!

    Range Repair

    I was very happy with the service that I received from Sam at JSN Appliances. I had a problem with my stove that he was able to fix the night he looked at it. A couple of weeks later when we were having problems again, Sam came and had a look at it again and helped diagnose what might have been the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service he provided! 10/10

    Appliance Repair - Washer

    My Bosch washer broker down and had a pile of laundry to do. Took a chance and contacted Sam from JSN, he came the same day and fixed it within a few hours. He avoided me having to pay for any new parts and guaranteed his service for 30 days. My washer is working beautifully! He also took the time to give me tips on how to maintain it so it works more efficiently. I would definitely recommend him.

    Dryer repair

    Dryer would not produce heat. Found JSN on Homestars, called Sam. He immediately got back to me, asking me to send him the make and serial number of my machine so he could be prepared. Once here, he found the problem within 10 minutes. Not only did he fix it easily, he gave me tips on how to keep it from happening again (I'd not cleaned out the lint vent by the exhaust). While in my apartment, he was courteous, organized, well-dressed and put slippers over his shoes without me asking. The next day, they gave me a call to make sure everything was hunky dory. Was quite nervous about calling a company I didn't know, but it couldn't have gone better. Highly recommend JSN, they're the first I'll call if anything else needs fixing in my apartment.

    Dryer fixed

    I called Sam the first time, explained that my dryer wasn't working. he took down the info for the dryer and promptly ordered the right part, came to install a few days later. Everything works great, thanks.

    Washing not draining and spinning

    Just wanted to say Thank you again to Sam who kindly fit me in to his planned day. He was professional, courteous, and helpful. I called him in the morning and by mid day he was able to fit me in and have my washer up and running. I was pleasantly surprised to receive his call the next day to make sure the washing machine was running well. Highly recommended. Martha

    Washing Machine

    Sam is exactly the guy I was looking for.He had demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, technical skills, honest, accurate and the best of all he was prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. We highly recommend him.
