    Stove

    I found Sam on Homestars and he was very helpful. It was great that he coudl come at night so I wouldn't have to take more time off work. He asked for specifics in advance so that he could come prepared. He tested the issue thoroughly and only fixed what needed to be fixed. He was very professional and I would not hesitate to use him again. Thanks Sam.

    Oven Repair

    My stove blew a main circuit board and JSN Appliance Repair did a fantastic job - on time and an accurate and fair price. Sam kept me informed and called me daily with updates on when the parts would be available. I would highly recommend JSN Appliance repair for reliable and honest appliance repair - thanks HomeStars for the excellent referral - thanks Sam - your are the best!

    Dishwasher Repair

    We are extremely pleased with your prompt professional service to repair our dishwasher. Given the very busy Christmas to New Year time frame you accommodated our need and came in the latter evening to get us up and running.     Washer

    Very fast response to the initial service request from Sam. He provided excellent customer service. Sam was very professional, honest, clean and polite and took the time to answer any questions. I highly recommend using JSN Appliance Repair!

    Dryer broken

    Our dryer was not working. We called JSN based on what we saw here on Homestars. We called and Sam picked up right away. Sam arrived same day and serviced our dryer! Now working again..!

    Washer Repair

    "I found JSN Appliances through HomeStars and called the number. Sam returned my call very quickly and after I explained the issue I'm having with my washing machine, he offered some suggestions and times when he could come by to take a look. The washer appeared to be leaking near the end of the cycle and it wasn't apparent where the water was coming from. Sam was very good at answering my calls and text messages. He arrived on time like we agreed and began troubleshooting the issue right away. His professionalism and knowledge helped diagnose the issue and he was very thorough in checking to make sure for certain we knew what the problem was. I would not hesitate to contact Sam again for any appliance issue. 10/10."

    Broken Washer and Stove

    Our clothes washer stopped spinning during the final spin. At the same time, the knob on our stove broke. Thankfully, we found Sam through Homestars. He fixed both problems. He always explained things clearly. He was very professional and had great communication throughout, especailly when we had trouble identifying the stove model. I would recommend him to anybody. We've had no problems with our appliances since.

    Stove Repair

    How frantic I was when my kitchen stove broke the Saturday before Christmas. No baking or cooking would get done if I didn't find someone. I have always relied on Homestars and they didn't let me down again. I called Sam on Sunday and got him live and discussed my situation. He was very professional and requested I send him all the information and as soon as the suppliers were open on Monday he would contact me with a price and when he could fix it. True to his word, Sam called and we arranged for him to come out the next evening to repair my oven door. He came on time, was equipped with all the necessary items to complete the repair and made sure there was no mess left behind. I was back to baking within an hour after he left. As a courtesy, Sam called me after Christmas to see that I was satisfied and all my baking and cooking went off without a hitch. I highly recommend JSN Appliances Repairs.

    Appliance repair

    Washing machine clogged on Sunday afternoon and we found JSN through homestars with high reviews. So we gave Sam a call, expecting to leave a VM. He actually picked up and was able to schedule us within a day. He was able to troubleshoot, diagnose and fix the problem. And within an hour we had a working washing machine again. thanks Sam and JSN Appliance repair!

    Washer Repair

    I had one person in the day before who charged me $60 bucks to tell me I needed about 250 in parts and $150 in labor. Sam came the next day and fixed it for $200 total. Really great guy. We have three little children and here even came during the holiday season after hours to fix our washer and didn't charge extra. I'll ALWAYS use Sam from this point on. Honest, Reliable and just generally a super professional and nice guy.
