After reading the positive reviews on homestars, I called JSN Appliances Repair. Sam returned my phone call punctually. He gave me a quote for the service call and we set up a time which was good for me. My washing machine had been acting up for quite a while, showing F06. Sam checked a couple of things that it could have been and then consulted with me as to the cost of the board that needed replacing and the labour. I felt it was very reasonable so he went ahead and installed it. Sam gave up his Saturday evening to come to Burlington, which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend him.

My parents fridge had stopped cooling - both freezer and fridge. I called JSN based on a recommendation from an acquaintance. I called on the afternoon of Dec 22 and someone was over that same evening to repair it all while keeping us updated on when he would be over. The repair was quick, easy and pleasant - an overall great experience.

Sam was very reliable and efficient he wanted to come even in the snow storm we had. I would recommend him greatly. My older son was at the house and he said Sam was so polite thanks so much Sam....even with our crazy schedule he worked it out!!!

We needed to get our washer checked because we suspected it was leaking. We live in a condo so we were worried about the leak damaging the property below us. Sam and Aimen were extremely helpful, quick and very thorough. Excellent service and I am glad I have someone to call for any appliance repairs.

I called Sam to fix my dryer that the tenants didn't take care of. Sam returned my calls promptly and came on time! He had a lot of work to do to fix this and fixed it to the point it was like brand new again. He tested it before he left and was there for longer than originally anticipated. He is extremely nice and stays true to his word. You will not be disappointed by his service! It's hard to find someone who cares about what they do and Sam does this. Sam we can't thank you enough for your hard work and staying so late on a Friday night. Thank you sooooo much!

Sam found the best price of a replacement part and finished his job in less than 30 minutes. Didn't leave any mess. Very professional. I would strongly recommend this company to my family & friends.

I called Sam at JSN Appliances Repair because of the reviews he and his company received on the Homestars site, and I have to say I was not disappointed with both his service and professionalism. My 25 years old plus dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes properly, so I called Sam, and not only was he prompt in returning my call, but very courteous. When he made his service call, which was the next evening, he informed me that the machine could be repaired if he could get the part. His charge for spending about two hours checking out the machine was $50.00, which he informed me would be deducted from the final bill if the machine could be repaired. So, to cut to the chase, he was able to get the part, he fixed the machine, and now it is running like new. Total parts and labour $240.00. A great job by a great guy!

Had issues with my washer. Called JSN appliances repair. Sam picked up the phone right away and appointment was made. Showed on time and repaired within 90 minutes. Excellent service and pleasant manner. Will definitely call JSN again if I have issue with any of my appliances. Thank you Sam.

JSN was prompt to answer their phone, even in the evening and they performed a professional repair thay accomodated our hectic schedule at home. The fridge was quickly diagnosed, and the technican saved us some time by coming by once they had the expected parts for repair. I'll definitely call them for any future repairs!

We were having trouble with our front load GE washing machine. It was unstable with certain loads - moving around & making noises, plus the gasket at the front of the machine had developed some black mold. Sam need to know the model number and I sent along a couple of pictures off my phone. We agreed he would come out the next day after he picked up the gasket. He was on time (we made an evening appointment) and his price matched the estimate. The machine is running perfectly now! Thanks Sam.
