Very efficient! Called and left a message Saturday morning, and received a callback before noon and Sam was working on my laundry machine by the afternoon of the same day. Got it all fixed and running in less than an hour, and even called back the next day to check on how the machine was performing so far. Now, that's customer service. He was very polite too. I would definitely keep this company in mind in the future and would recommend to my friends. This company was actually recommended to me by a friend of mine who was pleased with their service as well. She was right!

I called JSN on Sunday in anticipation of a return call on Monday. Sam promptly returned my call Sunday to inform me that while he repairs Maytag appliances, he doesn't repair wall ovens and "didn't want me wasting my time waiting around for a repair". He asked what the problem was, make & model # etc., then offered to come over and diagnose the issue. He said if it was something he could fix, he would but cautioned me that depending on the issue he may not be able to help. He provided me the price for the service call up front and agreed to a service date & time. Sam showed up at the agreed time and diagnosed the problem as a burnt out element. He informed me that he could fix it and provided an estimate for the repair. He promptly replaced the element and tested it to ensured everything was working well. Sam then followed up the next day to ensure my oven was working as anticipated and that I was happy with his service. Thank you Sam! You saved our Christmas - I just finished baking 5 batches of cookies and don't anticipate any problems with cooking Christmas dinner.

Our dryer was not producing any heat for a few weeks. I called Sam and he was able to come the very next day. He knew what the problem was even before he came, brought the correct part so there was no delay. The problem was fixed in 1-2 hours and we were so happy with the service! Sam, thanks so much!!! You are our go-to guy for appliance related issues. Your team fixed our fridge in the summer. You are honest and hard-working... qualities that are hard to come by these days. We had a great experience with JSN. Quick to respond to all communication and there was some to be had. There was some co-ordination to be done too as part of selling a house and everything worked out very well. Professional, polite, and the job got done right.

My dishwasher was leaking water, we called sam to come and check the dishwasher and he diagnose the problem and found the problem in no time. He ordered the part and came back and fixed it quickly. excellent service!

Based on Homestars reviews I phoned inquiring about the oven not working. I found professional service and attention to detail excellent. Friendly and knowledged staff that ascertained the problem quickly considering the stove is over 25 years old. Would highly recommend to any one needing appliance repair

I found Sam and his company on Homestars while searching for an appliance technician. The dryer at one of our rental properties wasn't working according to the tenant. I was really impressed with how promptly Sam returned my call. I was also pleased with his professionalism and honesty. I say honesty because it turns out that there was nothing wrong with the dryer as Sam discovered when he got there. Sam was kind enough to test everything in order to confirm that the tenant was mistaken and there was nothing to repair. I highly recommend his services and would not hesitate to call on him again.

Sam is now our go-to repairman for our appliances! We moved into our new house and discovered that three of the burners on our gas stove didn't work. Sam came by and quickly diagnosed the problem for us. Unfortunately the required part was out of stock, but Sam regularly updated us on the status without us having to ask. Once the part was available, the repair was done quickly and courteously. Overall, a very good experience. I will definitely call Sam again in the future.

The part for my dishwasher may have taken three weeks to arrive, but Sam was very prompt in the initial assessment and in the replacement. We were so happy to have our dishwasher back!! Thanks Sam
