Our dryer stopped suddenly on a weekend. I got panicked as I needed it urgently. I wasn’t sure if someone can come on a Saturday to fix it. I called Sam & he picked the phone right away. I explained him the problem exactly. He suspected the required part as of his experience. Showed up same day & diagnosed the problem properly. Within 30 min the machine was back on order after installed the part. Highly recommend JSN Appliances for anyone looking for processional service.

I just wanted to thank Sam for the phenomenal service delivered by him when our dryer broke down. He scheduled the appointment within a very reasonable time frame, arrived on time, came prepared with the right part, and completed the job at a fair price. I will recommend him with confidence to any of my friends & family members who need appliance service in the future.

My dishwasher was leaking water. But the problem was pulling the dishwasher out to check it, as it is built in the cabinet & there is a tile step in front of the dishwasher feet. It was like mission impossible to pull it out to check it. Sam was so professional & patient to pull it without a single scratch in anything. Repairing it was so easy. He replaced the broken valve. Couldn’t dream of a better service than what we got. Many Thanks Sam!!

Excellent and trustworthy service. Sam is reliable, prompt, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and honest. I will contact him again for future appliance repairs. My five year old GE dishwasher was leaking underneath the machine. The leak appeared to come from a brass elbow fitting that was easy to access. I decided to try repairing the leak myself. I removed, resealed, reinstalled, and tightened the brass elbow. The dishwasher still leaked after my attempt so I shut off the water supply to the dishwasher. I called Sam and he arrived within the time he said he would. He opened the water supply and ran the machine but the machine did not leak. He made several attempts to get the leak to appear. Still there was no leak. Sam told me that the symptom I described could have been due to a problem with the fitting or possibly a defective water intake valve and he had a replacement part with him. Instead of replacing the intake valve he recommended that I monitor the area for a few days as it was possible that I did fix the problem by servicing the fitting. This would save me 66% of the cost of the repair as he would only charge me the cost of the diagnostic visit. Sam assured me that if the machine still leaked within the next 30 days he would return to repair the problem and apply the cost of this visit to the total cost of the repair. He would make two visits for the price of one as he does not replace parts unnecessarily. As it turned out, the leak did re-appear within a couple of days and Sam returned promptly after I called, as he had promised. He charged me the same amount for both visits as for a single visit to repair that problem. I was very grateful for his honesty and trustworthiness in addition to being highly satisfied with his knowledge and skill in diagnosing and fixing the problem.

My fridge was sounding an over temp alarm 2 weeks ago so I turned it off with the doors open for 24 hrs to let it thaw. When I plugged it in again, everything was fine for about 2 weeks when the alarm sounded again, so I called JSN Appliance Repair based on their rating in Homestars. They promptly called me back and arranged a visit the next evening. Ayman showed up as promised and did a VERY complete inspection and testing, showing me what he was doing and why. As it turned out, it could have been a door left ajar or some of the vents blocked off because there was no frost discovered nor any problem with the defrost system. None the less, it was a lot of time and labour involved. I was extremely impressed with every aspect of this experience. Ayman was courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. All this for just the cost of a basic service call. I couldn't let him leave without a thankyou tip. I recommend JSN Appliances to everyone as the number one choice for appliance repair. After a Dilemma having our fridge broken and trying to call for an appointment we could not get anything sooner than 4 days . JSN appliances solved the problem and fixed the problem promptly and efficiently . Many thanks "Ayman" you are the best .
