I called Sam based on other great reviews here on homestars and I am happy to say they were all right on the money. Sam was so good that our washer leak stopped as soon as he showed up. He figured the leak was maybe due to the filter cap not being fully locked as he stayed for almost an hour and there was no leak. He only charged me $50 and was probably worth twice as much. I know Ill be calling Sam the next time I have an appliance issue and so should you.

Sam was great. He was punctual, diligent, and very patient. He fixed my dishwasher and even when he did not have the part he came back on his weekend to make sure that the repair was taken care of. A 10 out of 10 for me.

I had my refrigerator repaired by Ayman a few weeks ago. I was most impressed with this companies prompt response. Ayman was very polite, knowledgable and honest which is hard to come by these days. The price was very reasonable. I have already referred 2 girlfriends to this company. I highly recommend them for all your appliance repairs and would not hesitate using them again. Thanks Ayman!

JSN was recommended by a friend. I saw some excellent reviews on Homestars and gave Sam a call. He was very professional. Knew exactly what the issue was when I described the problem with my dishwasher. He ordered the required part, arrived at my home at the specified time and completed the repair efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend him to friends and would certainly call him again if required.

Sam came in within the time range as arranged. He quickly assessed the problem and provided an estimation. He also pointed out honestly that since our dryer is very old. For the repair cost, it may be better to buy a new one. I appreciate his honest opinion instead of trying to get himself more business. My washer broke, and need a repair. Found JSN Appliances Repair on HomeStars. Sam, the owner and the main repairmen, showed up as agreed, to try fix the washer. He couldn't do it that day, and needed to come back the next day with additional parts. He again showed up on time, as agreed. Unfortunately, the machine needed a major repair, which he clearly and honestly presented to me. After I refused that, he removed from the washer the newly installed parts, for which he didn't charge me a thing. He returned those parts back to the store, which amazed me! Too many times I ended up paying for something I didn't need, and this was a huge (pleasant!) surprise. All I had to pay was the actual time he spent on trying to fix the machine, which is way less than any other contractor charged me in the past. It was refreshing to see the honestly and integrity Sam possessed, and I am still impressed with his professionalism and sincerity. I will definitely call him again any time I need help with appliances, and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who needs professional repair help. Thanks, Sam! Appreciate your honesty.

The technician was able to come the morning after I phoned. Ayman was very professional, polite and thorough. He was able to resolve the problem quickly. I highly recommend this company for appliance repair.

Sam at JSN was great to deal with over the phone and in person. He did some preliminary trouble shooting over the phone prior to his visit to inspect my washer. He took the necessary time and effort to fully examine the washer and he explained to me what could have lead to the issue with my washer. He suggested a simple fix for my washer which is white vinegar as a cleaning solution for the actual tub as I thought at first it was the transmission oil but it turned out to be just too much fabric softener that was building up over time. Two days later Sam did follow by phone to check the status of my washer, that is what I call great customer service and he saved me from buying another washer.

Both yourself and Ayman returned my calls quite promptly and Ayman set up an appointment for the same day as my call. He arrived right on time, was pleasant and well informed on the product.
