On a Sunday morning, I realized my fridge was not cooling properly and that I was going to need service sooner rather than later. I looked on-line for suggestions on appliance repair companies and came across JSN Appliances. Thinking I would leave a message on Sunday to be picked up on Monday morning, I described my fridge and the problem in a voicemail to JSN. I was very surprised to receive a call-back within an hour from Sam, with a promise of a service person coming that day. It has been my experience that Sunday service calls are a premium cost, but Sam assured me that is not the case with JSN. Ayman called to arrange a time, arrived promptly at 5, diagnosed the problem quickly and returned the next day as promised, with the spare part. Excellent service, complete satisfaction at reasonable rates. Will definitely recommend and use JSN Appliances in the future.

Our GE washer broke and on the site Homestars we found JSN Appliances Service. After my call, Sam asked infos about the washer and he came within 2 days. He was very professional, well prepared and did a good job. Unfortunately 2 days later our Kitchen Aid fridge broke as well. Sam recommended out his partner Ayman who came within 24 hours and was also very professional and did a great job. Both guys are very polite and helpful. We would recommend calling them for any assistance with your appliances.

"Our GE washer had an issue which was not letting the selected cycle complete. Checked a few on HomeStars and based on the review/comments, called Sam. I guess he was at a customer location, hence he promised to call back. He returned the call in while, understood the issue and gave me a time the next day. He was at our location on time, ran a few assessments and recommended motor change. He was smart enough of carry a spare motor on his visit, based on the issue discussed yesterday. This to me is a big plus, as he got the unit working on his first visit rather than ordering the part and scheduling a second appointment. Before replacing the part, he assessed for other issues, to ensure we do not make huge investments on parts (as against junking & getting a new one). A job well done with a follow up call two days later. Thanks Sam."

Sam @ JSN, was so informative via telephone prior to reaching our home, as well as when he arrived(on time), he wasn't able to completely remedy our issue(required an electrician), he did however fix our other issues, and he provided me with helpful information, to achieve my end result. My dishwasher was working within 24 hours of his visit. Would recommend JSN to my friends and family

We called JSN Appliances for our GE electric stove, it had one of the top elements not working. Sam took our phone call & he asked me about model & serial number for the stove. He gave us an appointment the same day we called to book an appointment. Sam showed up on time well prepared with all possible parts he may need to finish the job in the same visit. He was so professional while checking the stove, he found the problem in no time & called me to give me the estimate for the whole repair, the quote was very reasonable to me & the warranty he provided for part & labour is very fair. Sam call us the next day to follow up how is the stove making out. I couldn’t be more happy with anyone else, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends & family. This service really deserves 12/10. Thank you very much Sam!!!

My Frigidaire front load washer was slowly filling up with water even when it wasn't on. I called several other companies recommended by Frigidaire but after reading on homestars that they charge outrageous prices for labour and parts, I came across JSN Appliances Repair which has a very positive rating. I called and spoke to Sam and he figured out it was the water valve that needed replacing. He booked me in two days later and I appreciated that he came by even on Friday night to repair it. He was right about the water valve and was able to fix it for me right away since he came prepared with the spare part. He was very pleasant to deal with and I'm so glad he fixed the problem and charged a very good price for it!

Just wanted to thank Sam for his great service in repairing our dishwasher. It was frustrating moving to a rental home where the 3 major kitchen appliances did not work. The dishwasher is now working well. On his suggestion the landlady bought a new stove as the old one would have cost too much to fix. Ayman did a good job of repairing the refrigerator so it no longer freezes everything. If I hear of anyone who is looking for someone to repair their appliances, I will be happy to recommend Sam & Ayman at JSN Appliances Repair.

i have water leak from my fridge I call jsn appliances they send technician name Ayemen he find the problem and give me very reasonable price to replace the parts and i said go ahead and order the parts next day he bring the parts and change it.I am very happy my fridge is working fine no leak its worth it. i would recommend this Pearson very honest and friendly. Two months ago my refrigerator stopped working properly. I called JSN in the morning and that same evening Ayman dropped by to diagnose the problem. He was very professional and took apart the fridge panel very carefully to find out what was wrong. He ordered the part that required replacement and within two to three days he came back to install it. In the meantime he made a temporary repair so that the fridge would stay cool. I would definitely contact JSN if I have any future problems with any of my appliances.

Sam was very helpful, prompt and fixed my machine. He even followed up a couple of days later to see if it was working. I would call again and recommend him.
