This is the 2nd time we used JSN, this time for a fridge repair. Ayman came the same day, was very professional, friendly and honest and the cost was reasonable. We are beyond happy with their service and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We appreciate the excellent service that JSN Appliances provided. Sam came, diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly. He was courteous, clean and thorough. We will definitely call him again if we have any future appliance issues.

I called Sam when our washing machine broke down and flooded our basement. Turns out it had 3 different leaks. He did a fantastic job in every way. He was very responsive, showed up on time, communicated well, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Thank you Sam. I couldn't recommend him more.

I contacted a couple of appliance repair services regarding my Samsung fridge (that was leaking water in my crispers) before I came across JSN Appliance Repairs on HomeStars. During my conversation with JSN I asked about their services, rates, etc. After speaking with Sam, I immediately knew that this was an honest and reliable repair service as he was very clear with the process including timeline to repair the fridge and approx. cost. He told me that his business partner, Ayman, would call me to arrange a time to come to our house. Ayman called me within a few hours to discuss the issue with the fridge and he immediately knew what the problem was. He ordered the new parts and called me within a few days to firm up an appointment. The fridge is now fixed. That said, and I am very pleased with JSN Appliances and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable repairmen.

JSN Appliances came to my rescue to fix my broken washer, I was expecting to have to wait a long time for service but to my surprise I had a service man Sam, come to diagnose my washer problem within a couple of hours and had it working with new parts the next evening, Sam was very polite and came very late in the evening to make sure I had my washer up and running as soon as possible . Thanks !

I phoned JSN and Sam returned my call within a couple of hours. He arrived on time. Sam advised us of the cost of parts and labour to repair the washer, and we choose to replace it. We appreciated his prompt and courteous service, and that he didn't attempt to charge for unnecessary work. I intend to contact JSN first for any future appliance issues.

We called JSN and Ayman came within 2 hours and fixed our fridge. We sent him a picture of our fridge and the model #. Ayman came with part and installed the part right away. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and completed the work quickly. We would definitely recommend Ayman and JSN for appliance services.

We went with JSN Appliances because of the good reviews online and the gentleman who fixed our washer was as polite and efficient as he was competent. We recently hired JSN to fix a drain problem in our washing machine. Sam was very punctual and polite. He in fact called me the day of our appointment to see if he could come early, which we were very happy with. He also came prepared with the part that he thought he may need so we did not have to wait additional time for a part to arrive. He was very professional and polite and straight up with his quote. I would definitely recommend JSN Appliances Repair Inc.
