Sam has been a life saver. He recently repaired our washer and dryer (the seal in the washer was ripped and leaking, and the bearings in the dryer drum were done). We most definitely will continue to use him for all our appliance repair needs. He makes every effort to come as soon as possible to diagnose and fix the problem. He is very knowledgeable and more importantly he is extremely honest and we recommend him to all our family and friends. Thank you Sam!

This is the second time I have had JSN over to work on my Stove. This last time over the Christmas break was exceptional in terms of service. A tech was dispatched within 24 hrs, and within the 2hr window promised. To my surprise the tech was equipped with both required parts and had me back in business in very short order. I honestly thought I'd be waiting a week for parts so I was so pleasantly happy that this would not be the case. Would highly recomend.

Sam and his team saved our Christmas!!! Great time for an oven to fail the week before Christmas. We called Sam and he was available to come and diagnose and remedy the problems as quickly as possible! We would highly recommend them!

Our dryer stopped working the week leading up to Christmas. JSN were quick to respond and sent someone to repair it in a timely manner. We were grateful to have it up and running again!

My oven element caught fire. I contacted JSN and we were able to arrange an appointment quickly. Sam arrived on time, was very professional, friendly and fixed my oven quickly. My oven is working perfectly now. I was very happy to work with Sam.

JSN were able to help us with a leaking dishwasher just a few days before Christmas. They fit us in their tight schedule and did a terrific job. They are my go-to for appliance repair.

I have worked with Sam on a couple of occasions and he is just phenomenal. Sam is trustworthy, diligent, and works with pace, which is why I called him in both my old home and new home. He is the only person I will call whenever I need an appliance to be serviced.

They were incredibly responsive, sending a technician (who also happens to be the big boss) on the very same day. Sam was prompt and highly skilled in fixing the issue efficiently.
