Our dryer started squeeling. Did not hesitate to call in Sam again. I have never been disappointed with Sam's service. I wish he did commercial repairs so that I could hire him for my bakery.

Sam was great! We called this morning and he was able to stop by tonight and diagnose and fix the problem with our dryer. It was squealing like crazy and now it's nice and quiet. He found issues the last repair company left years ago as well. He explained what he was doing and even vacuumed the dryer out completely so it's starting out lint-free again. Very personable and professional. Thank you!

We had an issue with both our dishwasher as well as washing machine. As JSN Appliances had previously provided exemplary service we called them to assist us once again. Sam arrived punctually as per schedule and was quickly able to diagnose both the issues and clean a blocked pipe and fix them. Sam also tested both appliances to ensure that they were fixed as well as followed up with us during the week to check in on us. Once again we are extremely grateful for your prompt and professional service.

Sam diagnosed and replaced 2 gas solenoids same day last fall for a very reasonable cost. So, when our burner recently started to cut in and out very quickly (not normal) we called JSN again. Sam arrived the day promised and within the window time allotted and solved the problem quickly for a very reasonable $180.00 which included the service call. After several weeks of running laundry loads, my wife is happy that the dryer works exactly as it did when it was new. Before you consider a new purchase, it is well worth giving JSN a call to see if your machine can be repaired. Our experiences have been very positive and I would not hesitate to use JSN again!

They were very responsive and came the same day at night and stayed late to complete the service. They also checked in on how it was going a few days later. I would recommend them to anyone - great timely service.

The washing machine had a problem in the water pum which stopped working. Sam came, cleaned up and was able to fix it without having to change the part. He was very honest and did not try to push the replacement. The machine is still working with the same part. I highly recommend his work.

I contacted JSN when I noticed my oven was not heating up during pre-heat. As I had JSN help me in the past I messaged then and got an immediate reply. Appointment was made and Sam arrived on time within the times mentioned. He came prepared with the potential parts even before doing a full diagnostic. Sam took the time to explain the cause of burnt coils while charging the parts within a reasonable timeframe. JSN even followed up a few days later to ensure the problem was fixed and there were no issues. Based on efficiency and knowledge I wont hesitate to call JSN again for any future appliance repair needs.

Our dishwasher broke down during the Christmas holidays and we were so fortunate that JSN was able to come to our house the same day we called for an appointment and fixed it on the spot. We definitely recommend this organization for your repair needs

Sam was absolutely amazing. He responded quickly and knew exactly what was wrong with my dryer. He fixed it and its now working perfectly. I will definitely be using Sam again in the future for any appliance issues.
