Our Whirlpool washing machine developed a sound which was heard during the spin cycle. When Sam came over the first time it would not make the sound even though he put it through a series of spin cycles. After charging $80 for his effort Sam left. Naturally the sound started again and we called him back. This time we had a recording of the sound and we had stopped it mid cycle so when he arrived we could let him hear the problem. He diagnosed it immediately with 90% certainty, gave us a quote reduced by the $80 and got to work. He found a piece of metal in the pump as suspected. After a thorough clean up we paid him. The machine has worked fine ever since.

Sam was very professional and respectful. We are very happy with Sams work. We would definitely contact JSN again if we need repairs done. Im just hoping we wont need repairs again for some time.

As always, an outstanding service, I was amazed that through the initial phone conversation, they were able to identify the possible issue and Sam brought with him the right part. I was given a time frame and they showed up right on time. For the last 8 years or so, I only call JSN whenever I have an appliance issue, they are the absolute best vendor in this category. Our washer stopped spinning and draining, Sam was able to come to our rescue the next day and fixed the issue (clogged drain) that night. He was running a bit late but made sure to check we were still okay with the appointment before arriving. This is the second time weve worked with JSN for appliance repair. Highly recommend!
