Jennair wall oven out of the extended warranty period. Called Sam, he came following day, did the diagnosis, confirmed it is the control panel. He placed the order the following day and was very honest in the time expectations. Once he got the part, he called us, we didnt need to follow up and came and installed it in less than 1 hour. Sam is a very professional and honest guy. Its not our first time and in all honesty even of the oven was in the extended warranty, I would have called him as he is way more professional and knowledgeable than the Jennie people who would come to the home and then call someone at their head office to guide them for repair Thanks Sam for you great help. You are a true gem and on top you save us buying a new unit for over $10,000

Sam, with JSN Appliance Repair, was polite, efficient, and effective. We called JSN to get our washer fixed. They request our name, address, and model number. They followed up within the hour, letting us know they'd be here the same day to do the repairs. They were all done in less than an hour. Great service. We will be using them again. Tech found problem. Was resolved due to blown fuse. Dryer is working again in no time!

Oven just stopped working when it was turned on. I called a few places I had previously done business with and there wasnt anyone available for a few weeks. Found a review for JSN on HomeStars which I have used before, so I felt reasonably confident in the service. Called on a Friday afternoon - JSN took down the particulars and Model # and called back in a few minutes to say that their Technician Sam would be available to come out the same day but later in the evening. Sam called when he was on his way & arrived on time. The part was replaced neat & tidy. Thanks Sam Will def use this service again.

Sam did a great job repairing our dryer. He came with the necessary replacement parts knowing the model number and the fact that the dryer was not producing any heat. He worked quickly and was careful to clean up after the repairs. We kept his card and plan to call JSN again, if needed.

The Technician from JSN was very professional, prompt. We had a broken glass top for our stove. JSN gave us a clear estimate of the costs involved and then ordered the part for us. Oven heat wasn't reaching optimal temperature. Tech found a short in the heating element & had the replacement part with him. Oven was back in working order in about 30 minutes.
