Our dishwasher was leaking and I called JSN. They were able to squeeze us in for an appointment later in the day luckily. Sam got the make and model from me and asked for a photo of the broken part so he arrived ready to fix the issue just needing a part he had readily available in his truck. He was helpful courteous and knowledgeable. Have already recommended him to a friend in need.

My oven was not heating properly. Sam came took a look at , repaired and tested it. In no time my oven was working. Sam was professional, knew what he was doing and even explained it too me. He was also friendly and I will highly recommend JSN for all your appliance services.

Sam did some hard labour in diagnosing the issue which was a blockage in the plumbing. He cleared the blockage and the dishwasher has been working fine so far.

Sam completed the repair quickly, and at a great price! He was able to fit me in on short notice and was able to complete both the consultation and repair much more quickly than I could have expected. I would recommend Sam to any of my family or friends.

Nancy was first point of contact (great customer service) and Sam, the technician came same day in the scheduled time frame. He determined the problem to be a faulty value and replaced it. Left work area spotless. Honest and friendly service. Would highly recommend to friends.

Sam my technician diagnosed my washing machine problem as a bearing issue. He recommended i continue to use machine until the bearing completely let go, rather than an expensive part. I appreciated his advice rather than trying to offer me a new part and labour cost. This is my second time using JSN. Both times were good experiences.

Honest service and trustworthy. The part had to be ordered in. Instead of ordering it from one place he shopped around to get the better deal for the same part. Was also respectful not to make a mess. I would totally recommend JSN.
