I have an excellent experience with JSN Appliances and I’d like to highly recommend them to anyone looking for quick and professional service for home appliances, with competitive price. My Whirlpool refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling on Friday and I urgently needed it repaired to avoid food getting spoiled. I selected this company on HomeStars as one of the top rated with best reviews. I am extremely happy as I made a right choice. They provided me with an outstanding service and I am completely satisfied. I contacted Sam, and his partner Ayman called me back shortly to set up an appointment for same day. He came within couple of hours, on time and quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem! On Friday night! The next business day, he obtained two parts from a dealer, came again to replace them and solved problem permanently. Ayman and Sam have shown high professionalism, quick response, accuracy and same day resolution with a moderate price. So, if I have any more problems with home appliances, I will contact them and I am sure that I will be satisfied with their service again.

I called Sam on Saturday regarding my washing machine. He called back within an hour and was able to come the next day on Sunday to repair the broken appliance. Sam was quick, polite, and efficient. He is the guy to call if you need a fast and professional service. Sam certainly deserves 10 out of 10 rating.

We came home from a family vacation to find out that our dishwasher would turn on but water would not pump. After a quick review of Home Stars, I contacted Sam at JSN Appliances Repair. Sam answered the phone, I highlighted my problem, he said he would call me back within an hour to arrange an appointment. After 40 minutes, Sam called me back and arranged to be at our place on a certain date and time. Not many service repair personnel would arrange to fix your appliance between 7 PM and 9 PM on a Friday night – that’s exactly what Sam did! Sam arrived precisely on time, diagnosed the problem, and had it corrected within 30 minutes. Sam requested the make, model number and problem during the initial conversation. Sam showed up with the parts needed to make the repair based on the initial diagnosis over the phone. I would, without hesitation, call Sam back for any future repairs with my appliances.

I called Ayman about my fridge and he was at my house the same day!! He was very professional, honest and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and solved it efficiently. He was truly a great help. I would recommend Ayman to anyone who needs appliances repair.

I highly recommend Sam Alexander at JSN Appliances Repair. I called Sam for a service call for my dishwasher, he called back right away and made an appointment the next day in the evening which is convenient to my schedule. He had already asked all the right questions on the phone and was able to correctly predict the correct part required to fix the problem. He showed up on time with the necessary part, ready to complete the job. Sam was very knowledgeable, efficient and his rates are very reasonable. He did a great job fixing the dishwasher and made sure to call the next day to ensure that I was happy with his service. I will use JSN Appliances again for any future appliance issue for sure.

Arrived at a convenient time on schedule, diagnosed and fixed the problem. After replacing the part (busted heating element), he thoroughly cleaned the dryer throughout and made sure that everything was in working order. Professional, and courteous throughout, and followed up with us afterwards to make sure everything was fine.

When my stove stopped working I called the store where it was purchased and was told they would send a repair technician out in three weeks! Unable to wait that long I called JSN Appliances after reading many excellent reviews on Home Stars. Sam returned my call promptly and we arranged an appointment the following day. Within minutes of arriving the problem was diagnosed and Sam was able to repair the very same day. I even received a follow up phone call the next day. I called Ayman for our fridge as the freezer was working fine and the fridge was not working, he was very professional and identify the problem right away, then he order the parts and brought it. the good thing he didn't leave till he checked every thing and was sure that the fridge is working perfect as before. I would recommend them also as the prices for repair is very fair and cheep, along with great service.

I called Sam to help me fix an intermittent problem with my washing machine. Sam was able to quickly identify the most likely cause and he was very thorough in warning me that given the problem was ‘off and on’ that this might not completely correct the situation. With his consultation we agreed to proceed and after a few weeks I am happy to report that the washer is working like new again and we’ve had no further issues.
