I called JSN at 5:30pm and Ayman was at my house at 8:15pm to repair my fridge and save the day! I have already told multiple friends about this company and what an excellent service they provide. Fast, friendly, and very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them for any of your appliance repair needs. It's nice to know that there are good, trustworthy repair people out there.

I highly recommend Sam Alexander at JSN Appliances Repair for his expertise, trustworthiness, and efficiency. Recently my Whirlpool washing machine agitator stopped turning. Initially I called Whirlpool for service, however, they required that I have to be available from 8:30 to 4:30 to schedule a technician to come out. After reviewing Home Stars web site, I called Sam, and he scheduled an evening appointment for me the next day, convenient to my schedule. He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the washer within 1 hour. The following day, I received a call to ensure that the washer is working problem free. Sam is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and delivers exceptional customer service. I would definitely contact him in the future for my appliance repair needs. Keep up the great work Sam!

I called Sam for a service call for my gas stove, he called back right away and made an appointment the next day. He found the problem very quickly. Sam was very knowledgeable, efficient and so nice! He was honest with the problem and very professional and his rates are very reasonable. After trying to obtain service from another company who never responded to my return phone calls, it was refreshing to have Same call me back, arrive on time, and provide excellent repair and maintenance on my washer and dryer. Our washer had broken down, and after Sam's step-by-step analysis of the situation, he found the problem - some pirate treasure stuck in the area of the water pump. (I really need to check my boys' pants pockets more carefully :) ) Sam carefully pulled apart the washer, and he was able to retrieve the large toy coin and check that the water pump was indeed ok. Next, Sam disassembled the front section and drum of our dryer to clean the lint build up from every crevice. You would be amazed at how much can build up in 3 years of use - a possible fire hazard. He was very thorough and both machines have been working perfectly since. I will definitely call Sam again for repairs and maintenance.

Sam came on time and prepared with all the parts he would need which was great. Furthermore, he diagnosed the problem to be a more minor one (and hence much less costly to fix) and did it all with a smile. What more could you ask for? Will definitely be calling Sam again if any of my other appliances go on the fritz.

Sam was extremely helpful in diagnosing a problem with my front loading washing machine. He sourced parts and got me a quote for the job. He was very flexible with working with my changing schedule and was very satisfied with his work. Will call Sam again when I have an issue with an appliance in the future. Highly recommended!

On Thursday our washing machine decided to call it quits right before a 3 days hockey tournament. I phoned several places off the internet and the earliest service appointment was the following Monday. Hooked up to Home Stars and JSN was the first company I called based on their reviews. Sam was very pleasant and accommodated the same day request that evening. He stayed until the problem was solved, and gave the machine a complete cleaning. The machine has been used daily since then and absolutely NO issues. We run property management and contracting companies and JSN is now on our preferred list for service. You won't be disappointed.

I called Sam because my ~6 year old Kenmore dryer was not working and nothing in the owners manual could remedy this. He was there the next day as scheduled. He diagnosed the problem and made an effort to fix it. Initially the solution did not work completely, but he returned within two days once he had acquired the necessary part. Sam kept in communication with me this entire time. Upon his return with the suitable part the problem was resolved and he spent an appropriate amount of time verifying that this would work. His rates seem in line with others in his field. He has great customer service, and is prompt with his service calls. He followed up a couple of days later to make sure the dryer was still working. I told him I would be recommending him to anyone that I knew that may require appliance work.

Sam arrived promptly with a big smile on his face. He had a cheery attitude as he quickly diagnosed our problem. He fixed things and cleaned-up meticulously. A real pleasure to have work for us.
