I would recommend JSN Appliances Repair. Sam was able to diagnose the problem with my washing machine in no time. He was very honest in telling me that it would be wise to think about whether it would we worth it to fix the bearing in my machine or to get a new one. I appreciated that advice very much. I will definitely use his company in the future for any of my appliances and home heating and cooling needs. I only had to pay for a service call which was perfectly fine.

We have a new born baby & our washer all of the sudden broke down & we were so disappointed because we use the washer every day. I called JSN Appliances Repair & spoke to Sam, I told him the problem & he asked me some questions about the problem & he booked for us an appointment the same day we called. Sam shows up at the promised time, he diagnosed the problem & he has the required part for the washer. Sam gave us the estimate for the repair & the washer was working back within half hour. I was so impressed with the great service, Sam was very experienced, honest & his price was very reasonable. We will definitely use JSN Appliances Repair for any future repair of our appliances. Sam was great. He was able to diagnose the problem with my Jenn-Air gas range over the phone before he came to service it. Issue was resolved within an hour and my oven was up and running again. Would highly recommend JSN Appliances Repair.

We called JSN Appliances to take a look at our freezer (door would not stay closed) and our dishwasher (top rack kept falling down and no spring on door). Service was prompt, pleasant and reasonable. Sam had to come back twice for dishwasher and made special effort to do this sooner rather than later because I was having company and wanted it working. I would use this service again.

I used the services of JSN Appliances last week and was extremely satisfied. First off, he services natural gas appliances which not every repair place does. Sam was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. He basically diagnosed the problem over the phone, which told me the guy knew his stuff. He asked me for information so he could show up prepared with the necessary parts to complete the job and didn't disappoint. He showed up when he said he'd be there, he was prepared to complete the job and did so in a very timely manner. He did a great job and the price was very fair and reasonable. Sunday morning we woke up to do laundry and realized that our washer had stopped working. Now being mothers day and a Sunday felt we had little but no chance of finding somebody who would answer our call or even set up an appointment. With a small toddler I'm sure any mother wouldn't appreciate going without a washing machine as being detrimental and a complete inconvenience. Sam showed up as promised on Monday repaired our washing machine on time and quickly even making the effort to be quiet and not wake the baby. We were thoroughly including impressed and would definitely recommend him to other people.

we couldn't ask for more Than what JSN Appliances Repair did for us. our Dryer suddenly stopped heating & we are a family with 3 kids. we can't stay even one day without dryer. we called Sam. He replied from the first call, arranged an appointment for us same day but late. He showed up within the time frame he gave us with the required part. Within 45 min our dryer was working again. Sam from JSN Appliance Repair came by our house to repair a leaky washing machine. He was punctual and polite and was able to complete the repair in good time, on the spot, as he had the part required for the repair (gasket) in his vehicle. I would call Sam again if we needed a repair service for any of our appliances.

Sam arrived on time. He quickly determined the potential problems, one being a higher cost situation. He was able to fix the problem without needing the costly solution. Completely cleaned out all the lint that had accumulated. Price was very reasonable.
