My ice maker on my GE filter was not dispensing ice and the freezer fan was pretty noisy. Upon some research I found out that the issue could be caused by ice build up in the ice maker and ice falling into the freezer fan. Ayman did a good job removing the parts and getting it cleaned up with a vapour gun, after that the noise was gone and the ice maker is now dispensing ice. He was honest and didn't advise changing any parts yet as the fridge appears to be in good order. JSN will be my guys to go for appliance repair, they appear to be knowledgeable and honest folks.

Thanks Sam for a job well done. You were prompt and a very tidy worker and remained positive even though the part was defective and you had to do a couple of extra hours work the following day after the new part arrived (something totally out of your control). We were impressed by that. We were happy to have our oven back in business. We would use your services again and would not hesitate to recommend you. Much appreciated.

Called Sam based on other positive reviews on this site. He did not disappoint. Returned our call promptly, confirmed appointment, arrived on time and even though it appeared our service request was a false alarm Sam stayed for a full wash cycle and followed up the next day to make sure all was well. I want to thank Sam I'm very much impressed with his service that he provided the other day. Very difficult to find some one that we can trust. But I am glad that I could trust him for his honesty. I was not present when he went to fix my dryer and dishwasher. He only did what was needed without doing any thing that was not needed. His charges are also very reasonable. My husband and I called JSN Appliances Repair for an estimate on fixing an element on our electric stove. They were very efficient in answering our questions so we made an appointment for Sam to come and do the repairs. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. Sam is very knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely use him again for any appliance repairs we have in the future. I called Sam after reading many excellent reviews on Home Stars. He answered the phone immediately and arranged to come over to fix my washing machine the same day. He clearly explained the diagnostic call out fee on the phone to me, and then once he found the problem with the washer he provided the full quote. My washing machine was repaired within a half hour, and Sam took the time to explain why it wasn’t working and how I could stop the problem occurring again. I will definitely call Sam again if anything goes wrong with our appliances.

Our dishwasher was running but not cleaning food off of the dishes at all, Samer found broken glass and plastics jammed in the dishwasher, problem solved! He also showed us how we can easily check to make sure the dishwasher jets are getting everywhere - very helpful. Our dryer was also running but taking 2+ hours to dry a small load even after cleaning the lint trap. Samer found dryer lint compacted in the dryer parts/hose and cleaned it out - now it runs flawlessly, and it dries clothes faster than any dryer i have previously used. He did thorough inspections inside the mechanics of the dryer and dishwasher and we feel confident he fixed the problems and checked to make sure there was no other problems with the appliances. He was polite and very clean, he covered his shoes and made sure that any work he did in the home was cleaned up 100%, very refreshing to not have to clean up after the handyman is finished! He fixed everything quickly and very thoroughly, you can tell he knows what he is doing when it comes to dishwashers and dryers. He was also able to answer general questions we had about our appliances that were unrelated. We will definitely call him again if anything else needs fixing.

Our washing machine was shaking badly for the first time after 9 months of use. Sam was experienced and patient enough to explain that the shaking was due to uneven load. He did not leave until he tried the washing machine for a cycle with a load to ensure it is working perfectly.
