My refrigerator was not cooling even though the freezer section was cold as Antarctica. I looked up repair service and chose JSN Appliances Repair based on reviews at HomeStars.com. When I called them Sam responded politely and requested that I texted him my contact details and the make/model number of the fridge. He told me he will ask his repairer to contact me. Within minutes Ayman called to get more details of the issue and scheduled a time to fix - same day. He proactively sourced out the required parts. He explained the problem thoroughly and fixed the appliance within 45 minutes. Ayman is knowledgeable in the refrigeration field, very courteous and friendly. In fact, the fix could’ve been faster had it not been the fact that we were chatting about football (soccer) - the Black Stars of Ghana and the Pharaohs of Egypt and the upcoming World Cup in Brazil. The quote was reasonable and he accepted a cheque for payment. I am glad I choose JSN from HomeStars and will definitely recommend them anytime to anyone.

My dryer wasn't working well, call J & SN appliances to have it check. And they told me the trying was working fine. But the problem was that the wasn't any air way out for the drying to make it heating. So we were told to call a technician for duct ventilation. Thanks for the J&SN technician. To Home Stars readers, I was directed to JSN on Home Stars after a Google search. Sam answered the phone right away and agreed to check my broken Samsung washer the next day. He provided a 2-hour window so I didn't have to take too much time off work. He showed up when he promised with booties to cover his wet shoes and quickly diagnosed the problem. The pump was broken and needed to be replaced. He was able to replace the pump during the same visit and was done in about an hour. I was very satisfied with his service call. My rating is 10.

We had a problem with our Samsung washing machine, and found Sam on Home Stars. The many positive ratings for his work didn't steer us wrong. Sam was prompt in responding to our request for assistance, came to our home the day after our first contact, and was very up front about the terms of his service and the base costs for the visit. Once on site, he was friendly, efficient and trustworthy. He assessed the issue, provided us with a quote, and pulled the new part from a brand new box with the manufacturer's tape still intact. He explained the problem clearly and had us up and running again very quickly. Best of all, his rates were reasonable and he even took the time to explain the cause of another issue we had been having with our stove. We were ready to have him fix that as well, but upon examination he explained that there was no need. We will definitely be calling Sam again, given the variety of repairs he is able to do. He also took the time to call us the next day to follow up and ensure that the machine was working properly.

My fridge broke suddenly both fridge & freezer compartments stopped cooling. I called JSN Appliances Repair & Ayman gave us an appointment the same day. Ayman arrived on time as promised & he diagnosed the problem, he had the required part with him, he replaced the relay & my fridge stared to work perfectly again. Ayman was so friendly, very knowledgeable & honest. I’ll certainly recommend JSN Appliances Repair for all my friends & family members. I had my Amana washer machine stopped working all of the sudden & it didn't drain the water. I was so panicked because I have 2 small babies & I really use the washer every single day. I called JSN Appliances Repair & Sam answered the phone, he discussed the problem with me & he had no opening for that day. Sam was really so appreciated he said to me that he’ll try to squeeze me in. He came the same day as he promised me to squeeze me in, Sam was very polite, honest, fair in his charges & has an excellent customer service & technical skills. He found the problem within a very short time & fixed the washer in the same visit. Not only that but he was more than courteous & called me the next day to make sure that the washer is working fine.
