I picked Sam because of the reviews I read on the website. I was very happy with the work Sam did and will defiantly be putting him our contact list for any other appliance problems. He was on time, polite and efficient and he took the time to explain the problem clearly before going ahead with the work. Thanks Sam so much I really appreciated !

I had JSN Appliances Repair Inc at my home to repair the door of my dishwasher. Their service was excellent. They were fast, and the door of my dishwasher is working perfectly again. I would recommend this company to anyone needing repairs for their home appliances. I would give them a 10 out of 10!

Sam was very prompt and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher, showed us what was wrong and fixed the problem. I would certainly recommend him to others in need of appliance repair.

I called JSN to repair my dishwasher. Sam was able to come within a few days and at a time that was convenient. He worked quickly and explained the reason the dishwasher had stopped working. Sam also followed up the next day to ensure the dishwasher was working correctly and that we had no further issues. Thanks Sam.

Thank you Sam for such great service!!!!! It's Christmas time and the last thing I needed was a broken dryer!! Called Sam on a Monday morning and received confirmation and a call back for appointment immediately. (two other repair services hadn't even bothered to call back) Sam was able to come for an evening appointment, diagnosed the problem and said he would come back after ordering the faulty part. My gas dryer is 18+ years and my concern was that it wasn't repairable and that I would be wasting money on the repair. I was assured that it could be fixed and I would get many more years out of it. As promised Sam came back with the replacement part and had it repaired quickly. Sam even took his time and cleaned 18+ years of trapped lint from the interior of the dryer, which was dangerously close to becoming a fire hazard!!!! Again ..thanks Sam for your courteous, prompt and reliable service at a fair price. Will definitely recommend you to family and friends.

Just wanted to thank Sam for his professionalism and honesty. I contacted Sam yesterday as my dryer was in need of repair. He gave me a time for the next day. He contacted me the next day to confirm appt., he was on time and concise in his estimate. He went above what I expected and cleaned out the lint from the dryer (which he didn't have to do). We put in a service call to Sam to come and repair our washer. He was prompt, clean and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem easily and quickly. His estimate was very reasonable. He had already determined the possible problem on the phone and brought the necessary parts. The washer was repaired quickly and now works as good as new. We were very pleased and would heartily recommend Sam to our friends and family. Should we need another repair to another appliance we will certainly call him. We rate him 10 out of 10. Excellent service!

I highly recommend Sam Alexander as he was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He has excellent customer service skills. In fact, he called to see if the oven was working well days after he fixed it!!! I will definitely use Sam’s services in the future and recommend him to other people.

I had Sam come and take a look at my washing machine -- he was able to come by quite promptly and fixed the problem immediately on site for a very reasonable fee. There were no additional appointments needed and Sam made sure to explain to me the reason for the malfunction and how it can be prevented in the future. I had my fridge serviced by Ayman and he helped me replace the relay and fan motor. I couldn't be happier with his service. Ayman was courteous and knowledgeable and most importantly, he got my fridge working again in less than 30 minutes. 10/10.
