Sammy was very polite, courteous and on time. He was willing to ensure that all options were exhausted before performing the service. We would use Sammy in the future should the need arise.

It is Nov, same time every year when tenants call me to fix heating issues.... URGENTLY.... This year I was ready with solution "homestars.com", I called few companies who booked me after 10 days, of course, no way to wait that long. Luckily. I called JSN and explained the situation, although they mentioned to me that they are busy, they took the initiative to call the tenant the same day and arrange the time too. They have done good job. Tenant is happy and I'm happy.

I called 4 appliance repair businesses and Sam was the first to call me back. He explained his fees ($50 flat fee to come to your home which is then deducted from the labour if they complete the job) and was very courteous on the phone. He sent his refrigerator technician Ayman the next day who easily fixed our leaking freezer. Ayman explained the problem and we feel confident the problem won't happen again. Thank you!

Our wash machine broke last week so we did ask some friends if they know someone to fix it. They told us about Sam that he is a very honest person and will fix it so we called him .Sam came immediately. We had the best service with a very honest person we give him 10 out of 10.

I used JSN to repair my washing machine based on a friend's referral. Sam, the technician who performed the service call was knowledgeable, friendly and timely. He was able to repair the machine in half hour and performed a thorough test to ensure the problem was solved. I will definitely call on JSN for any appliance repair needs in the future.

I called JSN for my dishwasher and spoke with Sam. He came on a Sunday evening and right away diagnose the problem. He told me no parts needed, he can fix right away and what it will cost me. Fixed the problem, ran the dishwasher cycle to check it’s working before leaving our house. Also called us next day to make sure it’s running ok. Sam is really good and I have already passed his name and number to some of our friends. No hesitation in recommending him for any appliance repairs. Definitely would give JSN and Sam a rating of 10 out of 10.

We have an extremely busy household with an extremely active laundry room. When our dryer stopped working, only about 5 years old we urgently needed it repaired. What I like about Sam was a lot of the work was done before his visit. He asked me to take photos of the dryer, the broken piece, the serial number and model number which was on inside of the door of dryer. Took photos with Iphone, emailed to him. When he arrived, he knew exactly what to do, had brought the correct piece, fixed an additional problem with the dryer and alerted us to a potential problem down the line if we did not do a certain maintenance task. Very grateful I was for this speedy, professional and efficient service. I will definitely use Sam again.

We have only one word for these guys...PROFESSIONALS ! We called the company and we spoke with Sam. He said he will send over a technician by the name of Ayman. Ayman arrived on schedule. He made a quick diagnosis and was very thorough in explaining what the problem was. He gave us a timeframe for parts acquisition and cost of labor. Ayman came back on schedule fixed my refrigerator ! Thanks guys !

I called JSN repair regarding a vibrating washer and a dryer that stopped working. Sam was able to assess the problem at our convenience. He was pleasant and honest. He ordered the parts we needed and repaired our machines in a timely manner. He was easy to work with and very accommodating. I would recommend Sam for honesty and reliability.

I found SAM to be prompt, courteous and well informed. His rates are very reasonable. He has always been very punctual and polite. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone who asks in the future.
