In this day and age it is difficult to find an appliance repair service that is professional and trustworthy. JSN is the only repair service that I use. Most recently Sam replaced the Infinite Switch on my glasstop KitchenAid range and the bottom oven element. He quickly diagnosed the problems and did the repair with OEM parts. I was concerned on finding the right service person with experience to repair my older Dacor dual fuel Stove/Oven oven. Well, Sam (JSN ) was recommended by a friend and I placed a call into JSN Appliance Repair. Sam arrived on the scheduled day and time, diagnosed the problem quickly and provided an estimate on the cost to repair. The repairs required moving the oven / stove out into the centre of the kitchen for rear access. Sam was extremely careful of my cork floors and ensured the they were covered to avoid damage. During the repair, Sam took the time to explain what he was doing and tested each stage to ensure that the diagnosis was correct, and that the oven would work when the repair was complete. Sam performed a final test and demonstrated the oven was working properly. Sam's high level of professionalism, communications, technical skill with attention to detail are unbelievable. His customer service focus made me extremely comfortable and happy that I made the right choice in selecting Sam (JSN). Final cost was exactly what the provided estimate stated.
