My dishwasher wouldn't drain properly and water was pooling at the bottom. They came out next day, identified the issue quickly and rectified it on the spot. Great service and explained everything well.

As far as im concerned every company should work like this. He texted us, gave us a time, stuck to it, showed up, was respectful, clean and fast. Dishwasher works great. Price was great. If you need any appliance repaired this is DEF THE COMPANY TO GO WITH you will not be dissapointed!

Thermostat blew and Sam came and fixed it. Kind, professional and did the work quickly. He also gave us tips for preventing other hazards.

I have used Sam to fix a problem I had with a gas oven last year, so when my gas dryer started to squeal, I knew who to call. From the first call, to the scheduling of the appointment, to letting me know exactly when he was on his way to service my dryer was A +. Sam identified the issue with the dryer, told me the cost to fix it, and approximately how much time it would take. After I agreed to the repair, he cleaned my dryer thoroughly, and fixed the problem. The damaged part was given back to me. I highly recommend this company!

Our dryer broke during the holidays and JSN Appliance Repair promptly arrived the next day with the part in tow and quickly and efficiently had the dryer up and running in no time. They were super friendly, cleaned up after themselves and charged what I considered to be a fair price for the part and service. Would highly recommend them for any appliance repair!

My washing machine wasnt draining. They came in and within 10 minutes knew exactly what the issue was and ordered the part. It was in back order but when it came in, they came in to install right away. Both appts were in the evening and working at home - very much appreciated.

Laundry door wouldn't lock. Sam came through within a day to help fix the machine. Fixed it no problem! Fast and efficient.
