Sam did a great job. He diagnosed the issues immediately. He recalibrated our oven and repaired a couple parts on our dishwasher. We would definitely use him again.

Sam was quick with his reply to me, answered my questions promptly and showed up as scheduled when we set a date/time for the service. He was polite, respectful and knew what to do. The service was quick, clean and he followed up with me a week later to ensure the unit was still working fine. Overall I was impressed and would certainly use this company again for future repairs.

Sam replaced the broken latch door arm quickly and professionally. We were very happy with his service.

I was able to secure an appointment same day and the technician (Sam) that serviced my appliance was amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable and fixed the issue within 30 mins. The entire experience was great - Sam was effective and efficient in taking care of an issue that had persisted for more than a year. My only regret is not calling them sooner. I bought a Maytag oven in 2014 and it stopped heating up to the required temperature. I noticed when I baked muffins, the the muffins were still raw after the bake time completed. I noticed the oven was cooler than expected and realized it did not heat up above 200 degrees. I called JSN Appliances as they had completed excellent work on a broken appliance a few years ago. I contacted the company on a Monday evening via their website and got a call back the next morning. By Thursday evening (3 days later), Sam had come over with a replacement part. In under an hour and half he was able to assess the issue and fix the oven. The quality of service from first contact to the completion of work was very professional and impressive. I'm a repeat client and will continue to recommend JSN's services.

I am a loyal customer to JSN, there was front element defective - it was replaced very well.

Today Sam came to fix the dishwasher and changed a small part and finally charged over $300. Since I have to pay the diagnose fee, I let him go ahead to complete his job. But it is really more than I expected. Not sure if I would recommend to other people.
