Sam turned up during the window promised. He was brisk and business like. He explained what the potential problems were and told me the range of cost of each option. He executed the job, efficiently and practiced good housekeeping. He trouble shooted, found the problem (blockage in the drain hose) and fixed. He explain how to avoid a recurrence of that problem and was courteous in all his conversation. I recommend Sam wholeheartedly.

I found this gentleman very courteous calm and Professional. He explained what the fault was in Great Detail. He even tested all associated components to make sure of any other looming issues. He was tidy within his work area. The Level of Service and Professional is of the Highest Standard which I am used to coming from the UK. I found it most gratifying. I Highly Recommend them. My dishwasher was stuck and not draining water. I just could not figure out what the problem was. I called JSN and Sam quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem.

Second time using JSN and will use again. Very professional and explains the problem and how he will fix it.

Tried JSN for the first time and was very pleased. Issue was taken taken care of fairly quickly - issue occurred on Friday of a Long Weekend and it was fixed on Tuesday. Also appreciate communication of when he was on his way to my place so knew when to expect him. I would highly recommend JSN to my family and friends.

Washing machine was working intermittently. Called for service, on service call everything seemed ok, just needed to reset the mother board. Machine started giving problems again, I thought it was the pump motor. Asked them to come and replace it (this part is the most likely one to go first on a machine) technician found a tiny black kids toy wedged high up near the drum and removed it, fixing the problem. Since he had the motor anyway (easily could have returned it and reduced the bill dramatically) I had him install it anyways to extend the life of the machine. I also was extremely impressed that he came with the original manufactures part, not some Amazon knock off. Extremely professional, always on time, amazing value for service.

The door of my washer was locked. Sam it an amazing job! He knew we need them urgently. He squeezed us in his busy schedule. Great communication and good follow up service!

Sam was there the next day when he said he was going to be. He had my dryer apart, fixed and cleaned and back together in under an hour and a half!!!! Fantastic service!!!
