Knowlegeable, fast, efficient with no extra cost. I’ve had them before, always honest and skillful. Fixed dispenser without any extra parts. Comes in a timely manner even though they were super busy.

I have used JSN for multiple different repairs over the years including dishwasher and washing machine. This last repair was to replace the broken springs on the door. They have been quick to reply, fair in their pricing and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called JSN, but could not leave message as mail box was full. However, JSN called me within an hour and I made an appointment for the next day. Sam texted me when he was on his way and arrived within appointment window. After explaining the problem, he investigated was determine the exact issue with the dishwasher. He told me cost of parts and total final and asked me if I wanted to proceed with the work. I consider the cost as fair. Sam's competed the work in an hour and returned work area spotless when the work was finished. I would recommend JSN to anyone dealing repairing appliances and will not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

I had a control board malfunction on my dryer..came across JSN Appliance Repairs in a google search... Went to the website and sent a description of code display F-01 and sent them a model # and they got back to me with a cost of repair and asked if I wanted to go forward. Dealt with Sam...arrived promptly...was very clean... and gave me the old part back...I would definitely use them again... highly recommended.

Overall I was very pleased with the service performed by Sam. He was thorough and ensured that the dryer worked before leaving. As a bonus, he even vacuumed the lint trap which is only accessible by taking off the front panel of the dryer. The work was performed within an hour.
