Sam arrived same day to repair our Bosch dishwasher. He thoughally went through the issue and fixed it within the hour. Very satisfied with Sam's quality of workmanship. He was a pleasure to deal with. I would hire JSN Appliance repair again. Thanks Sam! Mark & Terrie

I've used JSN in the past when my dishwasher wouldn't drain. I had the opposite problem this time. Water wasn't going in. Turned out to be a faulty valve. JSN came in a couple of days after my initial call and had it fixed within the hour. Never hesitate to use JSN.

JSN diagnosed the problem quickly and carried the replacement part in their service vehicle so that the repair could be completed in one visit. JSN scheduled the appointment and came on time and completed the repair quickly and professionally.

After 8 years, the oven in my mother's range stopped working. The stove top worked fine, but the oven would only increase 1 degree every minute. It's a Kitchen Aid so we expected a much longer life span. After looking up several appliance repair businesses on HomeStars, I called JSN to come in and take a look. After opening up the back of the panel and examining everything, Sam told us the motherboard was the issue and we needed it replaced. He advised us that it would be expensive and gave a quote of $600. We considered purchasing a new range during the Black Friday sales; however, my mother really liked her range and we trusted that the new part would fix the issue. Sam advised that the part would take 5-10 days to arrive. The part arrived in 9 days and he called right away, came over and replaced the motherboard. He checked to make sure both the stove top and oven were working properly before he left and even gave some helpful info on the self-cleaning function. It has been 1.5 weeks and everything is working great again. We’ve made a couple of roasts and have had no problems with the oven. JSN deducted the cost of the initial visit from the total cost and gave a seniors discount of $20. Sam wore a mask, sanitized at the door, and wore shoe covers, so we felt safe having him inside to do the repair. I would certainly contact them again if we have issues with any of our applicances.

Our oven stopped working so I contacted JSN based on the Homestars recommendations. Sam diagnosed the problem,(a relay switch) and completed the repair on a second visit in a timely fashion. He kept me informed of when to expect the part, the setting up of a repair appointment, and , on the appointment date, when he was due to arrive. Excellent communication! He took the time to cover the hardwood floor in our kitchen to protect it. He even texted me after the repair to inquire if the stove was working properly. I am very happy with this service, and will utilize it if further appliance repairs are required in this household.

JSN repair person called to confirm appt. He arrived on time, he explained what needed to be done, then was able to fix the dryer from making the screeching sound by replacing the pulley. He also vacuumed the lint surrounding the Dryer cylinder. He also followed up the next day to see if the dryer was performing well. His price was competitive with two other services that I had contacted. I would have given JSN a 5 but the Receptionist scheduling the service was not friendly. After I had provided all the info online on their web page, she asked me for the same info, and provided an initial appt not convenient for me and rescheduled me a week later , as in "take it or not". I was surprised when the repair person called two days later to state that he could come sooner.

This company came out promptly and fixed our front loading washer. I would recommend their service to others.
