Our Maytag dryer which is nearly 20 hrs old but still working well started squeaking (suspected dryer roller issue but not sure). Saw JSN Appliance Repair on line and on Home Stars. Email got quick response and appointment within a few days. Sam arrived on time, confirmed the issue and replaced both dryer rollers - quick, clean, thorough job . Even followed up after to confirm dryer was working perfectly - if was and still is. Would recommend using JSN without hesitation.

I have now used Jsn twice on two different appliances, both times they were able to come within the next buisness day. They are punctual, honest, came with full ppe and followed all Covid guidelines. The price was good, especially considering the extra time that was taken to troubleshoot the issues. They repaired our washer which now runs perfectly again. I would use them again in a heartbeat, highly recommended.

Dryer worked but no heat. Sam fixed it same day. He asked for the details of the issue as well as make and model number prior to the visit. Came prepared and replaced the broken part immediately. Fantastic and friendly service at an excellent price. Very professional. I would use Sam again and have recommended his services many times.

My combined washer dryer unit stopped working. Knowing it was 16 years old I didn’t think it would be repairable. I was asked to provide the model number and detail what the washer wasn’t doing. Rinse and spin. From that Sam was able to diagnose the problem and came prepared with the part. I was extremely impressed with the customer service prior to the call, during the call as well as a follow up a few days later to ensure everything was working. Very respectful of my home as well, refreshing to see someone automatically put on booties without having to ask. I now have piece of mind should I have any other appliance issues I have someone to call.
