Dishwasher door repair
Cable broke on door of my dishwasher. Called JSN APPLIANCE who were able to send technician next day. I was extremely impressed with their communication, quote and ability to repair the door. They even brought the part with them so everything was done in one trip. Very efficient and courteous company. Thank you for a job well done!

Stove repair
Sam did a great job! He showed up on time and was very profesional.Highly recomend this service.

Washing machine repair
Job done well and given a 30 day guarantee on labour. Machine is working well now. Highly recommended as this is the second I have used their services.

Oven was not baking!
I called Sam for oven issue, it was not heating up when baking. Not the first or last experience with him, he asked me many questions on the phone to try to understand what the is the issue is. Sam showed up on time as usual with couple of parts that he thought one of them might be the issue which is a great approach to save time, checked the oven and it was baking element. He replaced it, tested it and all done. Happy as usual, knowledgeable person, on time, clean and reasonable price

Dryer repair
I was very impressed with the customer service provided by JSN Appliances Repair. The repairman called to confirm the appointment, called to let me know the time he would arrive, and called to follow up after the appointment. He arrived with the parts he may have possibly needed to complete the repair to my dryer so he was able to fix the dryer in an hour rather than having to return with a part. Very professional and well-organized.

Oven element
My oven element didn't work called jsn appliance they showed up same day great work my oven works great

Dryer Repair
Repairman came within the time specified assessed the problem accordingly showed me faulty parts kept work space very clean I don't like being at the mercy of repair people however the gentleman had me at ease throughout the whole process very very pleased...will use this company again

Dryer - Drive Belt

Washing Machine
Sam, from JSN Appliances arrived shortly after my call to the office. He took my washer apart and removed what he believed was the faulty part to take it back to the office and test it. It was indeed malfunctioning so he ordered a new part and installed it as soon as it arrived. Sam was really professional and communicated well with me, he came when he said he would and followed up a week after the machine was fixed just to make sure it was running well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JSN Appliances to anyone needing this type of help.
