Oven malfuntion
My oven over 10 years old stopped working and rather than replacing it I looked into several repair companies, at the end I decided to proceed with JSN because of the great reviews they received from clients. Sam came on time start troubleshooting and in a few minutes he discovered the problem, I am lucky he has the part available, the replacement successfully completed and the oven back to normal. Excellent service provided by Sam. Definitely I recommend them and I would call JSN again

Washer water pump needed replacing
Sam did a great job explaining the problem about my washer and how he was going to fix it. The problem was a broken water pump. The work to fix the water pump was quick and Sam upon completion cleaned up any water or dirt from the job. I would highly recommend Sam.

Washing machine repair
Sam from JSN came on the time agreed to for the repair of our front load washing machine. We have used JSN for the repair of other appliances in our home, and have been completely satisfied with the professionalism of their work. The job was done in a timely fashion, with the cost very close to the initial estimate given. The machine is working as new, and we would have no hesitation in using JSN again in the future.

Repair dishwasher
Did a great job. Clean and efficient. Knew immediately what the problem was and corrected it. Tested to ensure the dishwasher was working correctly before leaving.

Dryer belt broken.
Called on Sunday. Sam came out Tuesday and fixed it and cleaned the machine with an hour. Excellent service. Followed up a couple of days later to ensure all was well.

Dryer repair
Samer is a lifesaver...he came in no time to fix the dryer....did a perfct job fast and convenient and very good price

Whirlpool Dryer
Sam was great - he was on time - he quickly discovered the problem - the parts were ordered right away and I never had to follow up with him - he was always in touch with me giving me updates - the work was done quickly and efficiently. I am so glad that I found Sam and I would definately recommend JSN Appliances.

Dishwasher clogged
Dishwasher needed to be unclogged so that it could drain. It was done very quickly. Dishwasher no longer backs up!
