Dryer temperature review
My Samsung dryer wouldn’t blow out any hot air. Sam came when promised and was very detailed and thorough. The review is a few weeks late as I wanted to make sure there were no issues. Everything is running good as new. Thanks again!

Washer repair
I would never call another person. We have work with "JNS Appliances Repair" for some years now, and Sam is my best person for any repair of my appliances. He is knowledgeable, tidy, polite and professional with his business.

Noisy Dryer
Courteous, professional and clean work! Sam diagnosed, took apart, repaired and reassembled our dryer efficiently. Though the repair was completed, some noise lingered on. Sam was quick to respond and revisited to address the tightening of a screw which was causing the problem. Sam did not charge us for extra effort though he had to disassemble and assemble the dryer twice. We will not hesitate to call again if any of our large appliances breakdown. Thanks again! Two visits X 5* stars each = 10 * Stars - 10/10

Washing machine gasket replacement
This is the second time we used JSN appliance repair. They are professional and easy to work with (everything was organized in a few text messages). He informed us in advance he would be a few minutes late for our appointment which was not a problem at all. Our washer is working perfectly and we would use them again for other work.

Dishwasher repair
This work was done efficiently and fast. The problem was diagnosed quickly and accurately. Clean up was excellent and the price for the repair was very reasonable. We highly recommend JSN Appliances Repair.

Appliance repairing
Our fridge had not been working properly from few hours and we needed the company to resolve our issue immediately. We found Jsn Appliances. The technician came to our house with in 2 hours of first contact on Thursday. What service! Not only the technician was professional and efficient, He identified the problem with in couple of minutes, and moreover, had the part on hand to fix the issue. We would highly recommend Jsn Appliances repair for any appliance job. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, quick and reasonably priced.

Dryer Repair
Not happy! We reported in the repair we believed that a sock got stuck in the exhaust of my dryer because I forgot to replace the filter after I cleaned it. He quoted $70 for the service call & said if he then repaired the service fee world be taken off the final bill. He arrived turned on the dryer It made a noise. Without removing any door or part. Says $170 for the repair. My husaband wanted to text me for my opinion and steps away for a minute. When he returns the dryer was working and he said it was a sock. My husband asked why so expensive & why didn’t he wait & about his promise of the service visit being credited towards the repair. He wouldn’t accept anything but the full amt. he wasn’t honest and I don’t recommend.

Dryer
The dryer stopped working. Sam fixed in in less than 5 min and told us what exactly was the problem. Honest man. Payment is also very convenient using his mobile debit machine immediately providing an official receipt via email. Well organized. We will definitely call him every time when a service is required.

Oven repair
I chose JSN Appliances Repair to repair my electric stove from reading other reviews and I was not disappointed in my choice. Sam provides excellent customer service. He sends a text to let you know he is on his way and also follows up a few days after the repair to see if everything is working ok. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam and his company.
