Heat element replacement on dryer
The service technician was excellent. He explained the process and showed me the damaged part. He vacuumed the dryer and cleaned up afterwards. He reminded me to call if I were to experience any difficulties with the replaced part.

Repair/replace convection oven fan
Sam was pleasant, efficient and had the part to fix the convection fan immediately. I also appreciated the follow up call to make sure all was working well and the offer to return should there be a need.

Dryer Repair
Fast, courteous Service! Put in an online request to JSN to repair squeaking noise with dryer. Sam quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the Idler pulley on initial visit. Before putting the dryer back together, Sam was very thorough in making sure all lint and debris from the unit was cleaned out. Now, that’s service! I would highly recommend JSN to anyone needing repair on their appliances.

Excelent service with a follow-up (surprise, surprise) phone call making sure that all was okay with the appliance.
It was hard to determine what the problem was because the stove was working but not holding the pre-heat temperature. He was pretty sure it was the heating element and had brought one with him but the visual inspection appeared that all was okay. Subsequently it did (2 days later) fail and he had to return. Which he did and replaced the element and gave us a full credit for the first service call. Very happy with the way Sam conducted himself throughout the procedure. Sam is a first class individual.

Gas range repair
We had a problem with our gas oven the other day. The oven wouldn’t start. So we called JSN Appliances Repair and talked to Sam. He showed up and diagnosed our oven, within minutes he found the problem. The ignitor wasn’t working anymore. From the experience that Sam has, he already had the new ignitor ready. So within 1-2 hours later, my oven back in business. I’m happy with the service, so is my wife. She can bake again. Thank you Sam for the professional service, and will call you again for another service.

Bosch dishwaster
They showed up on the day that was scheduled and the work was done very professionally and quickly. We just found them expensive.

Clothes Dryer
Found and fixed the issue very quickly. Helpful and friendly service. Provided useful advice on how to reduce the possibility of the issue reoccurring.

Washing Machine repair - efficient, friendly service
The repair person (Alex), phoned and gave me 1/2 hour notice before arrival. He spent a few minutes diagnosing the problem and had the proper tools and parts to fix it immediately. He took the time to ensure that the repair worked fully and that there were no leaks before reassembling the machine and leaving. There is even a warranty on the parts and service. I would recommend JSN for appliance repairs.
