Dishwasher repair.
Our top rack was broken. It required replacing both sliders. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. We received a phone call when Sam was running a little bit late and a text to say he was on his way. We also received a text a couple of days later to see if everything was okay.

Dishwasher repair
They did a very good job. I was pleased with the work; quick, tidy and reasonable price. They also called a couple of days later to confirm the dishwasher was working properly.

Dryer maintenance
The company was very professional from start to finish. They scheduled an appointment very quickly, came during the scheduled time and were very knowledgeable. They were efficient and completed an excellent job. Thank you!

Stove Burner
Repaired the burner. Sam took his time to make sure the repair was done properly. The job was done clean and tidy. Would definitely use again. Actually, I will contact him soon to check my noisy washer.

Dryer Repair
Dryer was making a loud noise, so contacted JSN after reading reviews on Homestars. Sam arrived a few minutes late, but had contacted me earlier to say he was running behind. As soon as he heard the noise, he knew what the problem was and quickly came up with a quote, without even having to open the dryer! Went ahead with the work right then as Sam had the needed part in his truck. Nice! He completed the work, and even thoroughly cleaned out the dryer before he was done. It looks like a brand new dryer even though it is a decade old. Thanks for the good work!

Dishwasher Repair
A mouse chewed through the hose leading to the dishwasher. Problem identified, then part had to be ordered via Dishwasher Manufacturer. Total of 2 visits, very easy to communicate with technician, very prompt in service calls.

Dryer repair
Our dryer was making a loud screeching noise when it was operating. Sam diagnosed the problem on the initial visit, ordered the part and repaired it on the subsequent visit. The dryer works great now. Highly recommend their service.

gas oven repair
From my initial phone call to set up an appointment to do repairs, to the end of the job, Sam was extremely professional, knowledgeable. His workmanship was excellent and performed in a timely manner and he was very conscientious about cleaning up after the job was done. The quote he gave me was reasonable and fair. I would most certainly use his services again and would highly recommend Sam and JSN Appliances Repair! Thank you Sam!

Dishwasher Repair
Sam came and diagnosed the problem right away. Gave an estimate that was very fair, and completed the work in a professional and timely manner. It is the second time I have used JSN for an appliance repair (clothes dryer as well) and am completely satisfied.
