Repaired our gas oven
Great service. No issues. They did run late do to another job, but keep us well Informed and updated by texts.

Repaired the heating element in dryer.
Sam came the same day that I called, and late in the day too. I appreciated him still coming at such a late hour because we really needed the dryer that day. He was professional and tidy, and a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him to others!

Dryer repair
Showed up as promised, found the problem, replaced the part and cleaned the dryer afterwards. Satisfied with work.

Dryer repair
Sam did a great job! He assessed the problem and was able to repair with the needed part as he had it in his truck. Very efficient! Would recommend Sam again!

Older Maytag Dryer Repair
Sam's service call was done in a convenient and timely manner and with a surprisingly reasonable charge. His pleasant and professional manner was exceeded only by the competence and transparency he demontstrated in diagnosing, explainig the issue and then ordering and installing the part. Sam even made adjustments to the dryer above and beyond the initial issue and at no extra charge. Everything was done with courtesy and attention to customer convenience. All in all this was one of the best home service experiences we have had and we highly recommend his JSN Service. Eugene

Washing machine fix
Sam came buy after hours and stayed late to fix a washer that had been giving me issues. He's super friendly, honest and I would recommend him to anyone.

oven repair
The company is very professional ! They took all the information on the ovens problem prior to the visit. They were in the window of the appointment time and called to verify that they were on their way. Sam the technician was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable . He had a lot of work and practical experience. He had the part to replace with him and did not have to wait for a second call, i.e. (going to a appliance warehouse to get the part ). The part that was replaced was better than the manufactures. Overall the service call was quick and a good experience. I highly recommend this family business . Its hard to find good people . The oven works great I was able to bake for a function brownies, lemon squares and coconut squares.

Came in to repair Kenmore dryer - arrived about 15 mins late but had messaged to say he was going to be late. Provided a quote prior to starting the repair. Quick & efficient.
