Front load washing machine
I called JNS because my washing machine door would not close. They asked me for the make and model and ordered my part. They came within a few days and repaired my machine. JNS did an excellent job and my husband and I are happy to say everything is still working well. Sorry for the delay on this review. I will always recommend JNS. Thanks Alice

Dryer repair
Sam quickly diagnosed the cause of the Dryer not having heat and methodically dismantled the various Dryer pieces, cleaned all lint that he saw, replaced the heating element and put all the Dryer pieces back again. Dryer now working as it should. Sam is very thorough and a true professional. Would not hesitate to recommend him for any appliance repair.

Whirlpool Dryer Not Working
Our Whirlpool Dryer was not working properly. My wife consulted Homestars to find a repairman. Based on our search and the previously posted reviews of JSN Appliance Repair we comfortably chose this company. Sam was very professional over the phone and arranged a time to come over and conduct the repair. Sam showed up promptly at the agreed upon date and time. Sam diagnosed the problem and ordered the correct part to complete the repair which was a result of a timer issue. Sam was professional and prompt through the entire discourse. Sam exceeded our expectations. We will certainly use JSN Appliance Repair again for any future repairs required. A job well done Sam. Thanks again.

Dryer would not work
Very professional, showed up on time, reasonable price, excellent clean up. As an added bonus when you called them they actually answered with a person. Would recommend and deal with again. B

Dishwasher repair
Sam cane to my house on time and was ready in advance with all the required tools and parts. He fixed my dishwasher in under fifteen minutes and I can’t recommend him enough.

Washing machine
Job was done quickly and efficiently. Items needed to be replaced. Everything was ordered and replaced in timely manner.

Dishwasher Repair
JSN showed up within the time promised. As it turned out the problem was small. Sam repaired the unit and charged what I felt to be more than reasonable for the work and time spent.

Dryer Repair
Sam arrived on time and with part in hand ready to go. Took time to explain everything and cleaned out our whole dryer unit. Looks like it came from the factory again. Excellent work and value for the money. Thanks Sam

Dryer Repair
Heating coil needed to be replaced. Fast, clean, efficient and professional service. Would call again for any future repairs. Highly Recommended.
