Oven repair
The oven wouldn't ignite. Sam came and inspected the issue and repaired it very quickly. This is the second time I've used his services. Hopefully nothing breaks anytime soon, but if it does I will be calling JSN again.

Washing Machine Repair
Washing machine wouldn't fill nor would it go into the spin cycle. Called JSN on Monday and had an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. Sam was on time, efficient, knowledgable and very professional. He showed me the issues, gave me the price to fix the issues and was done in 45 minutes. The washing machine is good to go and my family is happy to have clean laundry! Great customer experience!

Oven repair
Sam did an excellent job fixing our oven! He showed up on time and brought everything he needed to do the repair. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and switch out the parts. The service was fast, efficient, and effective. He also followed up with us a few days later to ensure that everything was working as it should be. Would definitely use this company again.

Dryer Repair
The dryer would start but would turn off after two minutes without creating any heat. I chose Sam to come take a look because he was local and responded to my call quickly even though he wasn't on the manufacturer's recommended list [the warranty had expired anyway]. Sam arrived on time and was very professional and open about the work he was doing. He quickly confirmed what he suspected from my description over the phone and repaired the dryer on the spot. The cost was reasonable and the work performed well. I recommend Sam to anyone needing appliance repairs.

Washing machine
very professional. laundry washer appeared to have a leak. req info about machine make etc was emailed. Mechanic arrived appointed date. did a thorough check up/test but no leak found. Billed for check up. Highly recommended.

Dishwasher repair.
Nagging and re-occurring sensor issues with my Bosch Dishwasher. Sam was able to successfully diagnose and get to the source of the issue. All ok to date. A pleasure to deal with.

Dishwasher Repair
We have a 6 year old Kitchenaid dishwasher which would not drain properly. Sam was very professional, arrived promptly as scheduled, diagnosed the draining problem and resolved it. Very happy to recommend JSN to anyone with appliance problems.

Dishwasher door is falling down as soon as it's opened
Sam is very professional, responsive and great at fixing appliances. We had a problem with a dishwasher door opening too fast because of a broken link. Same ordered a new part and came back to fit it as soon as it arrived. It's great that Sam gives a 2 hour window for his visit and always texts when he is on his way - makes it much easier to plan! I will definitely use his service again!

Washer repair
Sam came in to fix the washer which had stopped in the middle of the load. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fixed it in one visit. Saved us from buying a new washer! Thanks for great service!

Washing machine repair. Pump replacement.
Sam tried a few things and tried to salvage our existing pump but it was toast. He did a great job replacing and brought the right part with him. Everything was tidy while he worked and got the job done in one visit.
