Overall service was excellent. Prompt reply for an appointment. on time service from an knowledgeable service tech. Fast, efficient and reasonable price.

Washer repair
Sam was kind enough to come out at the end of a long day before the weekend to help me out, which I really appreciate. He was polite, quick, clean, and did a great job. I can't recommend JSN enough!

Washing machine stopped working in the middle of a load
When my washing machine stopped mid cycle, I called JSN who tried to find an appointment as soon as possible. Sam came out the next day, even if it meant coming out at 8pm. He identified the problem and cleaned out the filter on the pump. I watched as he explained the procedure. It took over an hour, but the job was finished to my satisfaction. He gave an accurate quote before starting the job. Very happy with the repair.

Dryer Repair
This is the second time I’ve called JSN, this time for a dryer repair. My 5 star review the first time wasn’t a fluke; Sam is responsive, prompt, professional and great at fixing appliances. I highly recommend and would call JSN again in the future.

Dryer repair
My dryer was spinning but had no heat. It was fixed very quickly and now works perfe you. Polite service and very affordable! I will definitely call them again to undertake other repair work at my home.

Washing machine repair
The “bellow” (a.k.a boot seal) is my front loading washing machine had ripped. This caused water leaks from the from of the machine and eventually rendered it unusable. I am a very handy person and often tackle my own repairs but after seeing the extent of the work necessary to change the “bellow” I decided to leave it up to JSN who is my go to for appliance repairs. They are quick, reliable and their pricing can’t be beat (even by someone like myself who is capable of doing it on her own). They are so good I even had them change my hoses for me at the same time, which they had in the truck (efficient). I refer them to all my clients and will continue to do so. Thanks again!
