I had some water collecting under my dryer and pooling out under my fridge. He was unable to diagnose either issue. I then called the makers of the appliances and they both figured out the problems. Turned out the filter in the dryer had wax from the bounce sheets because the vent had a weak output. As for the fridge, the part he said was not the issue actually was.

Honest, great service ! Came late on a Friday night and fixed our dishwasher. Quick, honest and hardworking... very rare to find these days. Followed up several days later to ensure everything was working out ok - how many service companies do that? Wow, highly recommend !!! Thanks Sam !

After reading the reviews I called JSN Appliance Repair. It was the best choice I made. JSN sent in their Technician Ayman Aziz who was professional , personable and very courteous. He exuded so much confidence. Ayman identified the problem quickly and fixed it. He instructed me to conduct some test for a week and let him know the outcome and said if there were further issues he would come back and fix it. I would recommend JSN Appliances to anyone who requires their services. Thank you JSN

Sam arrived as he said he would. It tool two visits as he didn't have the required belt on the truck, but he didn't leave us out to dry. The repairs were done and Sam left the house clean and the dryer no longer speaks. YAY, Sam!

Exceptional service! Initially, the service times didn't work with my schedule so they offered to come at 9pm on a Friday. Sam worked for two hours cleaning and repairing the dryer. He was always very clear about the problem and what it would cost to fix it. I would highly recommend JSN Appliances Repair.

If it's not JSN, I might have to buy a brand new dishwasher. They save me at least 200CAD.

I recently called JSN for a washing machine repair. Sam was on site within a day to take a look at the repair. When we discovered the part we needed was not in stock with the manufacturer, Sam drove to a local parts store to pick up the needed part, then came back late on a Friday night a few days later to do the repair, so that we were up and running for weekly laundry by the weekend. Can't say enough positive about Sam and JSN.
