Oven repair
We had Sam from JSN come in to assess why our Jenn-air oven wasn't working. He determined that it needed a sensor and a motherboard. He ordered the parts and came back for the install ina timely fashion which we appreciated as we were hosting an upcoming function at our home and really needed our oven to be working properly. Thanks again Sam we would definitely refer your company to everyone.

Plugged washing machine
Washing machine was not draining and putting up error code. Sam diagnosed and fixed our machine in one visit. He clearly communicated problem, got approval for cost to fix and followed up to ensure things were working well.

Fixing dryer
On time , very professional, pleasant, responded quickly to all the calls, answered questions regarding repairs, reasonable prizes, I would use their services in future again

Dryer repair
Don't waste your time with other appliance repair companies, like we initially did. Sam did everything right that matters: he accurately diagnosed the problem with our older dryer, ordered and installed the part in a timely matter. Most importantly to me, he arrived when he said he would and always communicated through texts and/or phone to let us know the status of the ordered part. Excellent overall service. We will be calling Sam, and only Sam for appliance repairs in the future.

Dishwasher repair
Our dishwasher was leaking every time we used it. We called JSN Appliances Repair to investigate the issue. Sam pointed out the part that was broken, and gave us a quote for the repair then and there. We agreed to the cost, and Sam proceeded to replace the broken part that same day. It was all fixed within 1.5 hours, and our dishwasher has been working great ever since.

Inspect washing machine malfunction
We appreciated the same day service from JSN. They attended our home within the time frame stated and were completely upfront with their service fee. The problem was identified and clearly explained. The professionalism of JSN was very evident.

Dishwasher Repair
Very professional, he knew exactly what he had to do, quick appointment, arrived on time, and did the job perfectly in a reasonable time. I strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a perfect repair of their appliances.
