Clothes Dryer
My clothes dryer started sounding like a plane taking off so called JSN. Sam came and diagnosed the issue quickly and returned a few days later with a new part and fixed the dryer quickly. He also answered questions on an unrelated appliance problem which I appreciated.

Dishwasher repair
Appointment was on time , and completed perfectly The repair was diagnosed over the phone and all parts were on hand to ensure the job could be comply with only one visit

Washing machine wouldn't drain.
Very professsional service. Alex was polite and explained what the problem was. Followed up with a text message next day to see if machine was working. Highly recommend!

Dishwasher repair
Jsn did a remarkable job fixing my BOSCh dishwasher. The price quoted was the same as the final bill. Sam was friendly and very courteous. Will use Jsn in the future. Jim

Dishwasher repair
Noticed early morning that there was a leak in front of our dishwasher, after a quick look it was apparent that the solenoid was leaking. I looked for Appliance Repair Companies in Oakville and after reading numerous reviews on HomeStars I called JSN around 11 AM. My call was returned promptly and I was told that the technician would be available around 8 PM. He called shorty before 8 PM to say he was on his way and would be there in 10 minutes. He confirmed that the solenoid was leaking and having brought the correct part with him, he proceeded to complete the repair and test the unit within the hour. I must say that this is by far the best service experience I have had in the past year. Congratulations on a great team.

Stove Repair
Excellent on time service, very polite. Fixed stove in a short time. Previous reviews were all right as stated. Called before arrival. Clean work and he has botties on his shoes.

Washer - switch was replaced
I have contacted you company as my washer was not draining assuming it was the water pump however once Sam came it was determined it was th switch. He was very polite, explained everything, gave me quote in advance to approve the work done. I would definitely call Sam again hopefully not too soon but if I need more work done. The only I have a slight problem with is that I did not realize the labour alone was $160 until I saw the invoice.

Dishwasher Repair
Sam of JSN did a fabulous job of restoring my Thermador dishwasher into working conditions. He was prompt and courteous. I was extremely impressed in his approach to solving the problematical issue. Highly recommend him.
