Our Samsung dryer started making noise during cycles. JSN technician was punctual and professional. Would recommend their services to others

Washing Machine Repair
Washing machine was no longer draining and I suspected that the water pump had failed.Contacted JSN and the communication was good with the technician. I supplied him with the model and serial number of the washing machine before he arrived so he could bring a spare pump with him if that turned out to be the issue. The technician texted me to announce his arrival time which was nice so I knew when to expect him. He set to work and replaced the drainage pump which had indeed failed. He had the machine up and running in a reasonable amount of time and then was on his way. I'm happy with the service from JSN and would definitely recommend them.

oven repair
Sam came through!!! He fixed our oven late at night just before we had to prepare Christmas dinner. That level of service is rare these days.

Dishwasher service
Eng. Samer was absolutely fantastic with response time, professionalism and price quote. There was even high flexibility and easiness with the method of payment! He was ho est about the issue, scope of work and the timwframe required to finish the job. I most certainly recommend the skills and expertise of the comoany in general and Eng. Samer in particular.

Dishwasher drain hose repair
Dishwasher drain hose nibbled by mice, causing leaking of dishwasher water. Sam was very prompt in attending on an evening appointment and replaced hose. Very courteous and responsive service. Would certainly recommend JSN.

He is fast and courteous and his pricing is reasonable. Will always use him. Easy to get a hold of as well.

Dishwasher was pronounced dead, and gas range was checked to make sure that all the elements and oven were lighting properly
Was very pleased with Sam. Extremely pleasant and curteous and explained and showed us that the stove was functioning properly. Dishwasher (a GE) had a fire in the wiring and could have been very hazardous for us. Don't go away or go to bed and leave your electrical appliances of any kind running. We would HIGHLY recommend Sam and this company.

Sam has previously fixed my dishwasher and today my washer. He arrives when he says he will and does a great job for a fair price.
He repaired the inner handle to open the washer which I suspect my kids broke by trying to open it while it was locked.

Kenmore dishwasher repair
My upper rack clamps had broken & they needed replacement, sam did the job professionally & came at the decided time & did it for us. This is the second time I have used JSN & will recommend them to others too.

Dishwasher Repair
We called JSN Appliances Service because our dishwasher was leaking, even when it was not on. We are very happy that we chose JSN. We called in the morning and Sam gave us an approximate time the same day that he would be here. He called when he was on his way to our home, which was very considerate. Sam was very thorough, explained what he was doing, took pictures of our dishwasher where the problem was. He replaced the part and everything worked fine. We will call JSN again if the need ever arises. We will certainly recommend him to anyone who needs appliances repaired.
