Dryer Issue
We called JSN because our gas dryer had started making a loud noise half an hour into each cycle. The first time Sam came out it didn't make the noise, although he waited around for 45 minutes. However, he was persistent and came back a second time and after listening to it he was able to find the problem almost immediately. We decided not to go through with the repair because of the cost (based on his recommendation), but we were grateful for his on-time service, honesty and sincere desire to help us solve our problem. 10/10!

Dishwasher repair

Dishwasher repair
JSN did a great job with the repair. Very professional, came in on evenings so I didn't have to miss work, and got the job done in no time. I highly recommend JSN for any repair work.

Squeaky Dryer
Sam quickly fixed our squeaky dryer with a new part. Despite the part taking a while, he kept in touch and let us know what was going on. This is the third time we have used JNS. This time it was definitely not cheap. But the work was good.

Washing machine part replacement.
Sam arrived promptly as promised, diagnosed the problem with the Bosch front loading washing machine, ordered the replacement part and returned to complete the repair. The cost was fair and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

correctly Diagnosed the issue even before seeing the washing machine
I called Sam on Friday evening, and expected an appointment the following week. To my surprise he offered to come and see my washing machine during the weekend. When I explained to him the banging noise that was happening during the spin cycle, he told me that it was the bearing, but that he would confirm when he sees it. His diagnosis was accurate, and the machine indeed needed a bearing replacement. Sam is very courteous, very professional, and friendly. The job was completed to my satisfaction and two days later I received a follow-up call from him to see if everything was alright. I was truly impressed by this level of customer service.
