The oven temperature is not rising to the setup temperature.
I called at 4pm Sat in hope of making an appointment for the next week and to my good surprise Sam came the same day at 7 pm. The job was done nice and neat. He also called the next day for followup. I am impressed with his professionalism and especially appreciative of his accommodation during weekend. Awesome job done!

gas dryer
My gas dryer wasn't drying. Sam diagnosed and fixed it promptly and was pleasant and friendly

Repaired a faulty bake igniter.
Sam arrived within the prearranged time and did an amazing job. He was in and out in less than 1.5 hours. He was so considerate and brought the parts he thought might be the issue based on our quick call. I asked him a few questions and he was thoughtful and pragmatic in his responses. I would definitely hire him again.

Dishwasher repair
Very thorough. They did not make a mess and cleaned up before leaving. Very professional.

Replace oven element
Due to the ratings and comments on Homestars, I called JSN to replace a badly warped oven element. Sam answered the phone on my first call, came the next day to do the work, and even called to follow up. I was truly impressed and will certainly call him when I need further appliance repairs.

Excellent service!
Ayman came to my home to service my dishwasher and dryer. He inspected both appliances and performed a cleaning of both as well. He was very professional, very courteous and friendly, and also gave me some great tips to keep my appliances in good working order. I really appreciated the work he did and I will most definitely recommend JSN Appliances Repair to my family and friends. Thanks for the great job, Ayman!

Repair gas range
I used Home Stars to select JSN, with10 out of 10 rating. Sam was on-time, knowledgeable, clean and knew his business. An 11 out of 10. do not understand why it suggests post review "in Ottawa".

Repaired washing machine

Dryer repair
Sam was easy to get a hold via phone. He called me back to let me know his availability and also gave me a maximum amount a total repair would be. He arrived promptly and on time and also made sure to call me before his arrival. He was very respectful, wore bootees in the house to cover his feet and worked quietly and efficiently in the basement. He explained everything he was doing to our appliance and also took before and after pictures to show me the difference. On top of fixing our thermostat and thermal sensor problem he also did a full clean of the dryer. We were very happy with his service and his price was fair. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends. He was a pleasure to do business with.

Stove/ oven
this is he second time we call Sam to fix an appliance in our house. He is extremely professional on phone and tries his best to accommodate. When I called Sam with my problem, he was booked up for he day, but decided to fit me in and came to do the repair on his way home. Thank you Sam.
