Oven repair
I called JSN when my oven stopped working after a self-cleaning. Sam was responsive, honest, prompt and efficient. He fixed my oven in one quick visit. I was very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend JSN for appliance repair.

Bosch Washer Repir
Sam came and carefully examined the drain and spin cycle and concluded that the problem occurred due to overloading of the washer and using too much detergent. The washer appears to be working fine.

Dishwasher Repair
Sam did a great job. Our dishwasher stopped working and would not start any wash cycles. I called Sam and he was able to get me in the next day for service. On the day of service, Sam's previous jobs took longer then expected and he was very good with communication of updates to when we would be able to come to the house. At the house, he was very detailed and methodical - he ran numerous diagnostics to determine the issue. He was able to find the issue and repair. He explained the issue and walked me through all the steps that he did to resolve. Sam was very professional and even followed up a few days to ensure that the dishwasher was still working fine. I'm very happy with the service and I plan on using this company in the future.

Dishwasher
My dishwasher would not run water. The problem was fixed immediately. I also had a problem with the door latch opening and it was adjusted as a curtesy. Very happy with the support. Friendly, efficient and reasonable. Would highly recommend

KitchenAid Stove repair
Very knowledgeable on the phone. Reliable service, quoted me before they started the work explained the issue. Friendly and reliable service overall. Would definitely use them again if I need a appliance repair.

Dryer repair
I used JSN repair last year for a gas stove repair. They did such a great job that when my dryer stopped heating up they were the first and only service provider that I contacted. Once again, Sam did a great job, explained everything to me went above and beyond. I will use them again if the need arises.

dishwasher and washer repair
Many thanks JSN Appliances and Sam personally for his efforts and services. We called in Sam to schedule the repair job at our rented house. In the same day, Sam took the action to schedule the visit and showed up ontime. The diagnosis and repair was fast and accurate, charges were reasonable. I would recommend JSN appliances as a fast and reliable service provider.

Clothes washing machine repair
I called JSN based on what I had seen here on Homestars, because I filled my top loading washer, but when I closed the lid it didn't start. There is a mechanism at the latch that triggers it to go, and I could hear and feel that it had failed. This was around 8 pm and I reached Sam personally. He asked for my address and then I heard a GPS voice - he happened to be 15 minutes away and offered to come right then. That alone is worth five stars! What was I going to do with a washer full of wet clothes? Anyway, he came right away, diagnosed the problem, replaced the part on the spot and you would never know he had even been there. My husband had gone out for dog food - the washer had broken and been fixed by the time he came back! Too great.

Gas Stove Repair
Called JSN Appliance Repair, left a message and Sam called back a couple of hours later. He was able to fit us in later the same day. He gave us a window of when he would be here and called when he was on his way. He arrived on time and had the repair done in a little over an hour. He had an idea of the problem (faulty igniter) so brought the parts with him. Very professional, friendly & knowledgable. Would definitely call them again for any appliance repair and will recommend. Thank you Sam!

repair of oven
This is the second time we used the services of JSN Appliance repair and were very satisfied both times. Sam was on time, efficient in his diagnosis of the problem and was ready for the repairs that followed. No waiting to get in parts etc. Sam explained to us what was the problem with the oven ignitor and once he fixed it he made sure to do a test run so that everything was ok. His follow up included a call the next day to ensure all was well with the oven. Overall, we are very satisfied with his services and would not hesitate to call JSN if need be in the future.
