Washing machine repair
Sam was very professional. He responded to my cold call immediately and when he arrived, he was on time, and very thorough. I was hesitant to call someone without a personal referral, but I was thrilled with the level of service I received from JSN. They come highly recommended.

Dishwasher repair
Excellent service provided. They were very efficient, courteous and helpful. Our dishwasher was broken for a while and they were able to fix it right away. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends.

Oven repair
Oven repair needed for locking mechanism for self cleaner. Another issue was found during the work. Follow up the next day by phone. Good job.

Fridge repair
KitchenAId side by side Freezer was building ice and not draining. I'm so glad I contacted JSN. Quick response and after getting a better understanding of the problem it was assigned to Ayman. A real gentleman and professional. Was here as promised and knew how to resolve the problem right away. Hope I don't need them often but will certainly use them again and recommend to others. Gas Oven & Range
After calling JSN to get another quote for a technician to come look at my stove I confirmed my appointment with Ayman and he arrived during our scheduled time. Before arriving we discussed the issues with the stove and was hoping to come to the appointment with the items needed to fix on the spot. Upon arrival he quickly confirmed his diagnosis with both the oven (igniter coil) and range (module) but the part provided by the supplier was incorrect. The correct parts took approximately two weeks to arrive at the supplier and was immediately contacted to book a time for install. Ayman arrived during the scheduled appointment time and the installation completed quickly. I'm very happy with the service, communication & promptness of Ayman. I would recommend this company for any of your appliance service needs.

dryer maintenance
Dryer was making noise and suddenly stoped. It was opened up and cleaned out. Very professional and curtious.

Repair oven
Sam diagnosed the problem with the oven within 5 mins, and did a perfect job repairing it. Very careful with the job and extremely patient responding to our questions. We highly recommend Sam and JSN!

Ignition on gas cooktop
This is not the first time we use Sam and he is responsive and helpful as usual. He got back to us within a day with the price and we got an appointment for the next day. Sam fixed the ignition on our Kitchenaid gas cooktop and everything has been working fine since then - thank you! I would recommend Sam to anybody.

Washing machine repair
There was a cracked drainage pump that was leaking on to the floor. Sam diagnosed the problem quickly and was back a few days later to install the new pump. The working conditions were far from comfortable, but Sam was a pro.
