    Dryer Repair

    Dryer was not working and called Sam over the Easter holiday. He came out earlier than expected and got the dryer going without any significant costly repairs. Was very honest and approachable.

    Dishwasher Repair

    Excellent service provided. Excellent quality of work. Very courteous. Prompt response and service. Would recommend heartily.

    Washing Machine repair

    My washing machine stopped in the middle of the cycle and wouldn't empty so didn't want to be left for days without a washing machine. I called Sam at the company and he was very helpful, asked a lot of info about the machine, came in two days and found that it was the lock on the lid that was faulty. He had the part with him and fitted it there and then, so I was very happy. He was polite and courteous and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend him!

    Washer Repair

    He was very professional. Sam was knowledgable about what he was doing. What I appreciated the most was the explanation of the repair. He seemed genuine .

    Dryer Repair

    I found JSN Appliances repair on homestars. Sam was very polite on the phone , and told me he would squeeze me in. He showed up in the time he said he would . Sam found the issues with my dryer and showed me what needed to be done to fix the problems. He had the part which was great, this meant my dryer would be fixed that same day. My dryer is now running like it did when it was new, and not only is it running well, I didn't spend a fortune to get it fixed. I would recommend JSN any day. Thanks Sam.

    Washer Repair

    We had a leak in the washing machine. One repair tech came and "fixed" it but the problem did not go away. From first contact Sam was very professional and stayed on top of all communication. When he came for initial service he found the problem right away (that the other tech clearly missed). He came back the very next day with a replacement part and fixed the mahine. I've yet to run a load of laundry but looking at the previous broken pipe, I'm pretty sure the issue has been resolved. Service price seems fair, would definitely use this company again.

    Repaired fridge

    Great service! Extremely knowledgable on appliances and was able to quickly identify the issue and repair it. Neat and arrived on time. I would highly recommend their services, and will use them again.
