Dishwasher repair
Called on a Saturday and Sam was here between promised time on Monday. Spent the time explaining the issue and very helpful!

Dryer broken
Work was done quickly and well. took about 30 minutes once arrived. Was a bit late but not a big concern.

Ice Maker replacement
Ayman was very professional and punctual.. He ordered the part and installed it quickly and accommodated our time by coming to complete the repair in the evening. Very happy with Ayman's service

Great customer service
Contacted company due to issues with 2 appliances, they responded back within 2 hours. Ayman arrived on time was knowledgeable and fixed our issues immediately. Was an absolute pleasure to deal with, honest and provide tips on some appliance safety. Would contact again if need arose.

Dishwasher repair
Fast and reliable. Sam was very efficient and made sure all is clean and working before he left. I will definitely recommend his services. There is a reason why he came first on list of appliance repair services and why 10/10 for over 400 reviews. =M=M

Repairs to fridge, installation of dishwasher
Excellent service by honest, ethical people. Careful work with no shortcuts. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended.

GE Monogram Built-in Refrigerator Stopped Working
Our 8-year old GE Monogram fridge stopped working and we checked HomeStars for good appliance repair folks. JSN responded first and Ayman came over the next day. The built-in design is more complicated to diagnose, but Ayman quickly isolated the issue to a blown inverter board. I had to order the part from the US, but once we got it Ayman came over right away to do the work. He was very honest about what was involved and listened to my questions when the Canadian wholesaler quoted him a much higher price for the part. Would use JSN again.

Range Repair
The owner of the company attended my residence, listened to what I had to say regarding the problem with the range and then checked,replaced the defective part and was very quick with the service. Sam was very neat, applied booties before entering the house,and made sure it was just exactly the same before attending.

Washer & Dryer Repair
The work was done quickly and professionally. What I really appreciated was when I called initially Sam listened to my issues with the machines and gave me a very accurate quote.
