Washing machine repair
Had a problem with the hot water for the washer. He was very professional and friendly. Did the work quick and problem has not recurred. Would highly recommend and use again.

Washing machine leak
I highly recommend Sam for the great service he provided. Pricing was explained properly before work was done. Very courteous and response time was quick. Broken drain pump was replaced and issue was resolved. Thank you for a job well done, Sam!

Washing machine repair
Sam came on a Friday night and quickly diagnosed and replaced the broken motor coupler. Fast, efficient, and quality work.

Refrigerator issue fixed fast and easy
Our refrigerator freezer was accumulating ice, and we figured air was getting in somehow. We called JSN because of their Homestar reviews, and Ayman came over the next day. He was a really nice guy, really knew his stuff, and he saved us a lot of money because he could have tried to tell us we had to replace certain parts but instead he was honest - it was simply a piece of ice that had gotten lodged into the back of the freezer door slider. He took everything apart in the freezer, cleaned it all up, problem solved. Will recommend these guys and hire them again.

phoned to say when they would arrive and arrived on time. did a good job and left no mess. polite

Washer Repair

Leaking dishwasher repair
Sam was very accomdating to my schedule and rescheduled when I needed. When he did come to my home, he was on time, polite and effecient. He even let me know about a coupon on his webpage that further offered a discount. I would definately recommend him and also call him in the future should I need anything else done in the appliance department

Kenmore Elite (Samsung) Dryer Repair
My dryer would show that it was drying on the digital screen, however the drum would not spin. Had no idea what broke so I decided to look for a repair person on homestars. After a quick search JSN Appliances Repair came up as one of the best rated dryer companies. I called but did not get an answer. No sooner did I hang up did Sam call me back to say he saw a missed call. He came to my East York home the next day, scrapped the entire thing completely trying to find the problem. It was after he reassembled the entire thing did he realize the board was broken. He ordered the part and one week later I was back up and running. Pros: Sam is very knowledgeable and punctual, he gives reliable service. Cons: The price could have been a bit lower, but overall I got good service and the dryer is going strong, so not a problem

Dishwasher maintenance and repair
Sam arrived on time and called in advance to check in. Terrific work, done quickly but thoroughly. The invoice came in a bit higher than I expected, but I'm sure the thorough cleaning and repair will keep my machine going for years. Thanks for your terrific work.Shelley

Washer was not spinning
Very impressed with JSN. Sam was on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. He also pointed out that the problem may happen again and if it does a switch would have to be replaced. He even called me to check if the problem was resolved, which is above and beyond! Definitely an 11 out of 10 rating from me.
